There was some initial confusion between Sky and ABS about fixing a date for the appointment to install the equipment, as it was changed 3 or 4 times but eventually a date was agreed upon.
On the day before the day of the appointment, ABS rang me and said their engineer - Richard - was in the area and could come at 5pm that very day instead of the next day, as he was passing by on his way home - to which we readily agreed. Richard was brilliant. He was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable about the equipment and so helpful, making sure I knew how to use the equipment before he left. The whole exercise took just over half an hour. Finally, having mentioned to him that one of our neighbours also had a future Sky Q installation appointment coming up, he offered to do their installation there and then instead even though it would make him even later going home. Unfortunately, he could not locate their booking and the neighbour was out anyway so he went on his way home.
I would thoroughly recommend ABS and their engineer Richard for any Sky equipment issues but would ask Sky to look into their internal appointment procedures to avoid any confusion over dates in the future.

Great service from Richard yesterday replacing the old aerial on the retirement flats that I manage. I've always found everyone I've dealt with at ABS to be polite and very good at explaining everything that they will be doing.

Richard arrived to connect my skyQ box, even though it was around 6:40pm because he was held up on another job. When i said i wasn't expecting anyone to show up at that time, he said there was no way he wasn't going to show up because he knew i had taken the afternoon off work. So for me he showed great dedication towards his job and his customers. Very professional and did a great job and answered all my questions.

The couple were so patient ,as we are both over 80. They took time to make sure we could work it all & then watched us do it.

Good company to deal with. Very helpful with fitting cctv and were happy to adjust cameras if necessary.

Had an issue with my broadband late one evening and sent an email to ABS. The next morning at 8.15 am , Graham phoned me back and talked me through the process of re-connecting. Graham was very helpful and within a couple of minutes it was "all systems go"

The two men that installed my sky TV were first class at there job and very helpful and Helpful

I do not agree with the enforced yearly payment of £ 120 in addition to the Sky monthly subscription. What does it cover? To me it is a form of blackmail. If every household in a building thar has Sky is forced to pay £120 this is totally wrong imo.

Graham came Tuesday morning, promptly at 8:30 as promised. He was a very polite and helpful engineer who set up our Sky Q box in no time. I would recommend the company to anyone, as he had worked there for a long time and he was very knowledgeable.

We just had our Sky hook up completed by Richard. Lovely guy who took care of everything for us. Great customer service from Richard and the Applied Broadcast team. We feel happy with the ongoing relationship that is now in place. Many thanks from Keswick Cumbria.

After he had encountered delays on his journey because of an accident that delayed traffic on thr M6 Richard rang me to sort out another time.
This was done and Richard arrived at the appointed time and the job was done quickly and efficiently.

The ABS office were so helpful as I had no TV when I moved in to my new apartment. The engineer arrived after a very long day and completed the installation and explained everything clearly. He even took time to sort my WIFI out too. Great company to deal with.

I was kept informed by phone as to the time the engineer would arrive due to an accident on the M6. Clean tidy job. Nice friendly guy. Explained all the necessary information.

Graham and Len installed a TV connection to the Guest Suite in the Estate that I manage. Great service, cleaned up afterwards and set up the TV.
The ladies answering the telephones at Applied Broadcast Systems are extremely helpful and friendly.

When Joel came to the property he introduced himself to us and carried out the work properly explaining to us as he went on and made sure we were happy before he left.
