Don't fall into their trap. These guys properly are trying to scam customers and AusPost. If you buy from them, there are high chance your purchase will lost in transit, then they will claim insurance from AusPost and stop response to your email quesiton about the lost package or the purchase. They will get your goods and money from Insurance company. Look at the review, there are a lot of lost package. AusPost should start to investigate this company. Same to me, they waited for near 2 months to post my purchase, then it got lost in transit and they haven't responded to my multiple emails for a month already. i already disputed the purchase to my bank and I will report it to Consumer Affair.

Excellent service from Paul and the team, ordered a express delivery was delayed by Aust Post, Paul arranged for their warehouse manager to meet me with replacement on Saturday morning.

Amazing above and beyond service.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding an order they would not send, no response, forcing me to resolve issue through PayPal.
1 star rating is too high.

Great service, Australia Post lost my parcel with my lensball, Paul organised free replacement and $50 gift card for the inconvenience.

Terrible experience. Bought a moon lamp that turned out to be broken. I didn't receive any communication from the store so I had to escalate the issue with Paypal. Now he expects me to pay for postage of the large, broken lamp back to the store in order to get my refund, which means my refund is essentially halved due to the postage costs. Really dodgy. Buy from someone else!

Purchased an item 2 weeks ago, have emailed the company 3 times and not a word back. Item hasn't even been shipped yet. Should have read the previous reviews of the company taking money and not delivering. Demanding refund now.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Apu’s World and Specifically Paul. I had issues with an item I ordered Aust Post couldn’t find it and were useless. In stepped Paul he organised me a free replacement while Australia Post muddled around trying to find my package. Aust Post finally delivered and Paul organised a free return of the original order which I didn’t need.

If your looking for old fashioned customer service in the day of EBay and Amazon.

Give Paul and Apu’s World a go.

I do not recommend this company, don't expect to ever have any warranty when purchasing from here.
Multiple messages and emails, never get back to you.

Like some of the reviews on here, I too never received my item. I placed my order on 15 April, no communication since then. I received a reply to my follow up email today to advise me " sorry to hear it hasn't arrived, I will organise refund as we no stock left of this model". Communication with customers goes a long way. I am glad I used paypal for the transaction.

Purchased 100mm lensball very happy with build quality, comes in nice gift box, with handy lens ball stand, very helpful for those tricky distance shots.

First online review I've done, Terrible customer support. Never received item or shipping information.

Edit - They have agreed to a refund as long as I take this review down which I won't do. They are trying to claim they had no knowledge of my order because of my user name even tho I provided order number, on the email I used with them and they simply did not reply til I mentioned refund. Threats of legal action have ensued which I replied in a coarse language way. I'm sure they do this all the time to no avail trying to silence people.

I would use caution with this website there are many other alternatives to go through which I would recommend.
