I use Aquarelle to send flowers to our friends in France every Christmas. The delivery service is 100% reliable, the flowers are fresh and exactly as they look in the photos, and - best of all - the recipients are always delighted.

As the parent company for Aquarelle España, you should be aware of the appalling service from Aquarelle España - delivery not made. I am not alone as the reviews of Aquarelle España all say the same.
My experience of Aquarelle España was diabolical. They claimed that the flowers I had ordered for a friend’s birthday were not delivered because the address was incorrect. This was not the case. Do not believe a word that Fernando in so called Customer service says. Not one word in his emails was accurate nor true. They then claimed that someone at the block of flats in central Bilbao had said that no one by my friend’s name lived there. They must have attempted delivery if that was the case. In addition the postboxes at the flats do not have names on them, they have the flat numbers which were accurate. A blatant lie from Aquarelle España’s courier company, MRW. My friend eventually spoke to MRW on the phone to be told that delivery would be attempted again at 7pm. Another blatant lie as that did not happen. MRW hung up numerous times over the phone. No customer service at all. Lies, lies, lies. Avoid this company.

I would recommend Aquarelle very highly. They have lovely flowers and plants to choose from and are very efficient and keep you informed. Great company to deal with!

Very poor service. I ordered a birthday surprise to be delivered, and they failed to reach the address. The recipient stayed at home all morning waiting, yet no one showed up. They didn’t even try to contact her, and simply informed me afterward that the delivery would be postponed to another day. This completely ruined the surprise. Very disappointing — I would not recommend their service.
