Aquavista Waterside Ltd Reviews 

After 4 phone calls 2 emails and 2 info request forms filled in on boat sales websites I still haven't received a single pertinent detail about the boat I was interested in I don't know how they sell anything their customer service stinks

We recently sold our beloved boat using Aquavista Boat Sales with Hannah Gretton. Hannah was absolutely spot on with all aspects of the sale and communication. She was very knowledgeable and helpful making the process very smooth. I have no qualms in recommending Aquavista Boat Sales and Hannah.

We stayed at Bath Waterside & marina campsite.
The facilities are well maintained and very clean. The pitches are big and well spaced out.
The location is brilliant, right next to the river Avon, a lovely pub on the doorstep. And close enough to walk into bath centre.
The reception team are so friendly and knowledgeable and the office doggies are so cute!

Kings Bromley Marina - A lovely place with all the facilities that you need. Couldn’t ask for better staff, they are a great team and will always go the extra mile. This is my first boat and I have been extremely well supported by the team who have given great advice and are always willing to help. If you are looking for a mooring for your boat then well worth considering.

Hard to get any kind of response and when they do call you back the boat your after has already gone! Slow customer response when it comes to sales* edit.. was told a boat was available and to wait for an appointment less than 24 hours later was told the boat had been sold so information that was given was wrong... And By the time I did get a call back was told an offer was given days before I even enquired. So either your team doesn't know what they are doing or they lie.. either way have lost confidence in Aquavista

Excellent weekend stay. Fully serviced pitch perfectly level. Bus stop into Bath only a few minutes walk away. Bus into Bath approx 10mins. Great pub a two minute walk along the river Avon. Facilities were clean, plenty of hot water. Fiona at the reception very friendly and helpful. Already booked again for the Bath Christmas markets. Highly recommend a stay here. What more do you need.

We are absolutely delighted to be back again, such a wonderful location for visiting the city.

Bath Caravan + Marina

I couldn’t have wished for a better caravan park. Will, Fiona and Pat were very accommodating and were amazing. I highly recommend this campsite. Will definitely be visiting again.

I wrote a review recently about my experience of Aquavista's marina in East London. Myself and others who live in my community are unable to use our names in our complaints due to the fear of eviction and non-renewal of our residential contracts. I have been contacted by Trustpilot to provide all my details to Aquavista so they can contact me and know that my review is geniune, there is know way I can do this! This is why the law needs to be changed to provide security of tenure to all residential boat dwellers who pay council tax, we have NO rights whatsover unlike caravan parks and those on land, the likes of Aquavista can put up our moorings by 20% with impunity, kick us out with 24 hours notice or not renew our contracts if we complain or say something "negative" - there is even a clause in our contract which is basically a "gagging" clause so they have covered their backs. Without security of tenure we have to remain without names for our complaints and live in fear of losing our homes. We hope this new government can listen to our requests for urgent help, over the years groups and individuals from communities like ours have pleaded for changes to the law, this cannot continue. Sorry Aquavista, you know this is a geniune complaint, like all the other negative ones on here (I would actually question if the positive reviews are genuine!), listen to your high paying customers or your marinas in "sought" after locations will have many empty moorings and your plans to fill your shareholders bank balances will back fire, hiking our fees to the extent you are is not a clever strategy - for God's sake listen to the people who pay your salaries!!!

I recently purchased a narrowboat from Aquavista the boat was moored at Wigrams Turn Waterside & Marina i left for another pre booked mooring but the warm welcome from the Residents and helpful staff made me reconsider and i decided to stay permanently at Wigrams i would like to say thank you to all the staff but especially Tom Holl who assisted me with both the purchase and paperwork he went above and beyond I would highly recommend the Marina to anybody considering a place to stay many thanks Dave

We really enjoy our stay at Bath Marina & Caravan Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Showers and toilets was super clean. It’s easy to go to town walking or in bus. We were there off-season, price was very decent.

Bath Marina and Caravan Site is a great place . It's peaceful, pretty and well maintained and there are some great Riverside walks. Staff are so helpful, especially Will and Poppy who went out of their way to support our request. Very reasonable prices. Facilities are spotless We have been a few times before and we will definitely be back.

I had my boat moored at Aqua Vista for about 3 years.

Issues:
- Tired facilities (lots of pot holes).
- Very expensive. Mooring cost kept going up.
- Not the most friendly place.
- Boat sales unhelpful.
- Main office customer support (not Marina staff/support) unresponsive. Very communicative when chasing invoices though.
- Very rigid. No flexibility.
- Expensive to cancel mooring.

Recommendations:
- Shop around for alternatives.
- Read your contracts extremely carefully.
- Ensure you understand the cancellation process before signing.
- If you ever sell your boat at the Marina, watch out for extra costs and Aqua Vista requirements (they really get stuck into your private business).

This is a very friendly campsite with helpful staff and a fabulous location. Transport into the centre of Bath is quick and affordable. A lovely place to stay.

The toilets and showers need some attention. Those near the entrance are particularly tired, and not what you'd expect for the prices charged.

Everything else is great!

Bath Aquavista
The staff at the camping site could not have been more helpful. From booking to the arrival they were super helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble.
The site itself was immaculate all the showers and toilets were spotless. Pitches were well maintained and lots to do round about. The park and ride into Bath was opposite the park but even a taxi journey in was only £10.00.
I would definitely recommend and we will be back to spend a longer period of time here in the future.

After spending the last 6 months exploring the Grand Union canal its good to be back in the warm friendly
peaceful Packet boat marina. Good to be home.
