​Their service is absolutely terrible. This is an irresponsible, dishonest, cynical, and highly unprofessional group of people; you will rarely encounter anything like this. For 5 straight days, they have been lying to me and making a mockery of my situation, constantly claiming that "the courier has the package and you will receive it today." This is how they dragged the process out for 5 days. There is absolutely no real response or action from the administration, other than ridicule, absurd excuses, and even more lies.

It's the worst cargo service I have ever had in Istanbul. I have a machine broke down and needed to send for a service, the service company gave a special code for Aras cargo to pick up. There is Aras cargo online form to fill in order for them to pick up the package. According to the online form, if it is filled between the working hour 9.00-15.30 they will come to pick up on the same day, and deliver next day if it's afternoon. Everyday I filled the form in the morning, but the cargo pick up never came.

I tried to call the Cargo branch which responsible for pick up package in my area, they said they would come, but still not coming.

There is English service hotline in Aras cargo's main centre , but the phone line never got through either. The last time I called the branch, the person answered the phone just told me he didn't understand me, so hanged up the phone.

It has been 4 working day passed, but I am still waiting for the package of machine to be picked up.

The worst cargo ever, I didn't meet worse than them. The staff is rude and not cooperative, the deal with the customers badly. I don't recommend them for anyone. I'm not satisfied.

Aras Kargo delivered my package on time however the handling during delivery was not very careful. The package was left in a rather careless way, which affected the overall experience. Delivery speed was fine, but a bit more attention during distribution would make the service much better.

Worst cargo shipping company I seen to this day , you can not see here you cargo is , or wen its gonna arrive, amatur company, we are living in 2025 aras kargo , people can following there package in all the other shipping companies

Your delivery man called me and told me he cannot get in the the apartment when i go at the security gate he then ask me the shipping code when i give him he told me wait i will deliver other delivery i waited him 30 minutes when he come back dropped my package at the security gate and told me it’s not his job to deliver it in my apartment he discriminated me i even told him that I’m pregnant and his number is 905498274424 and this is the picture my package where he dropped

Awful customer service!!! Worst courier company!!! They lost my cargo twice and didn't even pay for my lost products! They just keep referring the matter to each other until they stress you enough to just give up chasing the matter. I will definitely not use them again!!

They NEVER EVER deliver to your address. They will just keep your cargo in their office and ask you to come and collect it, that is if they don't return it the very next day. Scammers. I don't even know how they are still allowed in Turkey.

3397592058393 what happened to you? What's going on with the Antalya branch? because of you, some of my packages are being sent back, since you can't bring them to my house. they stay in your warehouse. what are you doing? how can you work like this? immediately deliver what I paid for!!!!

Terrible delivery service! My order was not delivered for 5 days. Every day I receive SMS that the goods are delivered by the courier and will be delivered today, I wait at home all day, nothing is delivered. Support is silent. They don't answer the phone.

Korkunç teslimat hizmeti! 5 gündür siparişim teslim edilmedi. Her gün ürünlerin kargoya verildiğine ve bugün teslim edileceğine dair SMS alıyorum, bütün gün evde bekliyorum, hiçbir şey teslim edilmiyor. Destek sessiz. Telefona cevap vermiyorlar.

This cargo company is absolute trash. Never ever have any business with them. I am saying this with experience. They don't deliver your product and keep promising that they will. Finally, you have to go there and take it yourself. They keep lying that there was a problem with delivery.

Worst courier in Turkey.

They often do not deliver packages and call customer to pick them up from their offices.

When confronted, they lie and say the package will be delivered, their system is being updated and what not.

They also lie and say seller did not send with option to deliver to address or seller knew that the package won't be delivered to address. That is simply not true. I asked to multiple sellers.

Meanwhile UPS, PTT, YurticiKargo etc. couriers deliver to same adress without any problems.

How they have any score over 1 here is out of my understanding.

We ordered from N11 and the kargo went through this pathetic company .
After weeks not receiving anything we kept calling them.
They were utterly useless and none helpful.
They didn't try to lift a finger until my husband threatened to take them to court.
Only then did they call us but even though the previous workers accepted that it was the kargo company at fault , they then turned the blame onto the seller and said that he came to take the parcel back ! I mean what in the hell? Yep whatever! Cover your own backs but look at your bad ratings and reviews.
Eventually you will be out of business and jobless .
Bye bye Aras! Make the most of what you have now before it's all gone.

Whoever I talk to curses at Aras Kargo. I was thinking that they were exaggerating the situation until I had an experience with this company. Trust me and my experience do not ever use that shipping company. They called me and told me that they went to my home but couldn't find anybody in the house while I'm home all day waiting for my package and they told me to go to their office to pick up my packages. When I told them to bring the package since I cannot carry it and I don't have a car they said they deliver it once, that's it. You get if you are home or not, we don't care'' in a rude manner. People told me that they even curse at you on the phone. I didn't experience this I think because of I hung up before that!

one of the worst delivery company ever they say package has been delivered and and i never received it and they return it and they say costumer did not accept the package.
They never came and they never call.
last but not least they do not answer your calls ever

This courier simply cannot be trusted. I finally received a callback after many unanswered calls and voicemails and they confirmed that the signature of receipt is of the driver. It then took almost 3 weeks for me to finally find out that my packages were being held at their office since they claimed they could not find the address. Instead of letting me know this they marked both my packages as "Delivered" and left it at that. I would never have gotten my packages if I hadn't been so persistent with them for almost 3 weeks. In my opinion this type of service is unacceptable. I don't know if this is due to insufficient infrastructure or just sheer incompetence. Either way, they've left a very bad first impression.

Horrible service. Tried to deliver a package to a business on a saturday, then returned it when no one was there, despite asking them to hold it at the facility. Customer service hung up on phone, emails never answered.
