Arby's in dillsburg Pennsylvania
Arby's in dillsburg Pennsylvania, exceptionally slow service at least 10 minutes to get served. The curly fries were barely lukewarm and the ham and swiss sandwiches over microwaved soggy with cheese running out of them into the paper. All the while the drive-thru was blowing up and had everyone's attention. Dining room and bathroom extremely clean and cool '80s music playing.
I ordered two Philly cheese steak…
I ordered two Philly cheese steak sandwiches all that was on it was meat and cheese there were supposed have green peppers and red peppers and onions I did not open the sandwiches till I got home then I called them and they said they did not have the pepper mix they should have told me I would have ordered something else
Don't buy cheesesteak!!!
Generally, I LOVE the roast beef. Based on a TV ad, today we tried their cheesesteak sandwich. It was horrible...wrong cheese and some weird sauce. I'll NEVER order this again.
Doesn't want customers
Arby's (S Madison location) appeared to be open; there were employees in the building. However they would not answer the drive through. I waited quite awhile, asking if they were open, but no one answered. I didn't want a confrontation or for these folks to be the ones making my food if I went in angry. My kiddo had her heart set on Arby's, so off I went, through a maze of construction to the Wheeling location, which was closed due to renovation. And a mountain of construction was between me and Tillotson. At this point, frustration had built. Arby's is already expensive, now it's draining my gas by letting me sit in the drive through and then drive all over Muncie. I called corporate (hands free call) on my way to the Tillotson location. They took a report and said I'd hear from the Madison store. I suppose the hope was that I'd forget - I haven't. I don't buy Arby's now. They don't want my business, that is ok. I'll go somewhere more affordable. (date of incident is approximate).
The worst customer service experience I've ever had.
I will never go back to the Arby's in Easley SC. I'll drive to the other side of the next town if I want Arby's. Yesterday, 7/10/2025, I ordered from the app to pick up in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the speaker no one ever came on to take my order. Two cars were parked behind the store and one was parked on one side of the store. I pulled straight up to the speaker. If they had any customers they were inside the store. No one was in front of me and no one pulled in behind me the entire time I was there. There was absolute dead silence at the speaker. I waited 2 or 3 minutes then pulled up to the windows. A person opened the window a couple of seconds later. She asked me if they had forgotten something. I said "No ma'am. I haven't ordered yet." She then tells me she knew I hadn't because I had just pulled around straight to the windows without stopping at the speaker. I told her I had stopped at the speaker. And waited several minutes before pulling up. She looks right at my face and tells me I did not stop at the speaker. I had pulled straight around. I opened my mouth to continue the stupid argument. SHE CLOSED THE WINDOW! You can't see inside if the windows is closed because it's mirrored. I don't know if she walked away or was standing there watching me and laughing. Or whatever a crazy person would be doing. A younger guy opened the window back up and asked if he could take my order. After telling him I'd ordered on the app and my last name it took less than 10 or 15 seconds for him to hand me my order. As he did he apologized for what had happened. I called corporate and am waiting on the general manager of that store to call me. I have no doubt they will continue to lose customers as long as she works there.
Not as good as it used to be
Not as good as it used to be u think! I liked the original menu more etc
Arby's in Greeley went above my expectations.
Arby's in Greeley went above my expectations. I tried to order online, but the app told me "try again later" several times.
I went to the restaurant and Zoe apologized then gave me the same discount in store. Also Zoe expedited my order.
Only 2 people work at Arby's Pottstown
The Arby's Pottstown has decent food but seems like every night the same two females are the only two working, every single night that Im there it's like that and I do Doordash so Im in there a lot. The manager that does the schedule is in the way.
Cold small sandwich
Arby's had the best salads and sandwiches. They no longer sell salads so I moved on to the Reuben sandwich. It was cold and didn't have a sufficient amount of meat.
Never have we gotten Arby's Sauce when…
Never have we gotten Arby's Sauce when ordered 4 every time. I was pleasent and called asking why and got hung up on. They were not busy. Some little entitled brat thinking it's ok to do this.
My recent experience at Best Buy was…
My recent experience at Best Buy was very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers.I had trouble finding someone to help with a simple product question, and when I finally did, the response was rude and dismissive
Made it thru the drive thru and had a…
Made it thru the drive thru and had a very nice young lady take my order.... She needed help in clarifying a promotional and asked for help from a dark-haired short brunette..... not sure if a team leader but kind of intervened to support the other person. What became a request from me turned into a nightmare because of the petite brunette.... was unable to clarify her name because the 2nd time thru, the drive thru attendant would not disclose her name. So, a call to corporate was needed to disclose poor customer service, retaliation, and maybe discrimination.
The petite brunette made sure to blame me for her confusion and to disclose because I was asking several different questions, it was my fault I was jumping back n forth trying to clarify information, about promotions. She did not correctly comprehend her information regarding when the promotional lunch started and misquoted the time.... And it was still my fault because she couldn't get her information straight. After refusing me service and telling me never to return, I contacted corporate and told them of the occurrence. They did say refusal of service could not happen.... especially if it was her fault and she was retaliating.
In visiting Jack in the Box next door, I was told by their staff that the service at Arby's is considerably horrible, and many people are complaining about this Arby's. There also can be a number displayed on the outside of the building to call, if there are reports to be made by customers. There didn't seem to be one showing, but then since bad service why post a number for customer care.
I do hope the Franchisee will be contacting me or reading the reviews of the Arby's restaurant in Pahrump...... it really is shameful to represent a great restaurant chain, with staff that are unappreciative of the community they are serving.
FAT sandwich masquerading as brisket
The brisket sandwich was 100% GARBAGE and the meat was 95% FAT. This was very disappointing I'm never going back.
If you consider this spending for food
If you consider this spending for food, you should not be here reviewing lol. As a place that basically gives you the spot on amount of poison you pay for , I see no issue.
Arby’s Ain’t It
Prices went up, portions got smaller, and the food’s always lukewarm. Roast beef is dry, fries are hit or miss, and the service is slow. Used to be decent, now it’s just not worth it.
Roast beef dry as cardboard
Roast beef dry as cardboard, barely any meat on the sandwich, and the bun straight up stale. Paid extra for sauce, didn’t get it. Service slow as hell, and the workers act like they don’t even wanna be there. Used to love Arby’s, but this ain’t it. Never coming back.
Tech Support for App are afk....for 2 months!
approx 2 months ago, my arby's app stopped accepting login...giving "We apologize, our system is unavailable at the moment. We are working hard to resolve. Please check back shortly." I have called weekly, spoken to nice ppl, who can see my history of calls and refer me to app support. App support never responds. 2 months of not being able to order food from Arby's through the app.
Mt Pleasant Iowa
Mt Pleasant Iowa. Service sucks. Chair in front of the drive thru so had to go in. Stood in front of counter for 3 minutes and nobody in sight. Guy finally walked out and watched another person come walking up and serves him first. When he was done I asked him why he didn't serve me first and his first response was I don't have to serve you at all if you aren't happy with the way I am working. I suggested maybe you should ask who's next and he started making excuses for his poor behavior saying he cut his hand. I personally don't want to purchase food from someone preparing it with bloody fingers and told him so, and he refused to take my order and walked away.. The employee needs reprimanded for the way he interacted with me.

im here all the time and they always forget my cheese sauce after charging me $2 for one then when i complain they always wanna try and charge me again for a cup of cheese
What happened to customer service
I enjoy there food and have been a regular customer for years but I do have to say that customer service seems to be non-existent anymore. What happened to the customer is always right. Not here on Denver everyone is sooooo ride.hrw
