child pred defenders!!!

Arby's Weatherford would rather defend a child predator employee than help catch him. put a trespass against the ones trying to catch the predator. watch the video on youtube (jidion) and see for yourself how they bully the catchers and are more angered by their genuine attempt to help society than the literal 40-something year old begging and attempting to *** with a 13-year old. especially the manager. disgusting woman

Green beef

I don’t go there often, but now I will never go back. They served me green / gray looking roast beef!! I took a bite and thought something was weird, my granddaughter said why is it green??? We walked out ( I didn’t want to make a scene infront of her) I will never go back

Worst take out food I've ever had ☹️

I haven't been to Arby's for years. I received 2 gift cards for Christmas 2 years ago decided to use them. I purchased a chicken sandwich with fries and chicken strips. To be honest the fries weren't fit to eat they were all dried up. The chicken strips were the worst I've ever eaten. I'm glad the gift cards are now used because I'll never eat there again. The service is the only thing I can give 5 stars for. The location was Arby's Scalp Ave. Johnstown PA

I asked for ONE thing only

I asked for ONE thing only. 2Horsey sauces with the roast beef sandwich. Did I get this NOOOOO I got 2 Ranch sauces. I did get a ranch chicken wrap, which irrelevant because I specifically asked for 2horsey sauces. PITIFUL. You were not even busy

Urbana Illinois location does not offer…

Urbana Illinois location does not offer online or app ordering. Also the app will not allow you to utilize gift cards when paying. Not sure how in todays app culture you expect to survive. Good luck, i spent my gift card in the store and won't be back.

Arby’s like protecting pedos. They had a pedo working for them that wanted to have sex with a kid and they said they didn’t care. So do not bring you’re kids there at all.

Ordered brisket sandwich jalapeno bites and strawberry lemonade. Sandwich was cold and held for two long same for bites, lemonade had syrup at bottom
and was not mixed well. Paid $15.34 for something that
should not be served.

WHAT HAPPENED TODAY?

What happened today? I like to stop by Arby's about once a week because it is close to my work. My tea was unsweet, I ordered sweet. My fries were burned and cold; and my burger.... well I don't know where you are getting those from, but mine tasted like it came from a high school cafeteria! If you are going to charge almost $15.00 for a fast-food lunch....you've GOT to do better than this if you want anyone to come back!!!

Worst Customer Service in Fast Food

Man, has Arby's ever fallen off. They used to be considered the higher end of fast food, no longer, let me tell you.

I placed an order using their app, for the Cedar Bluff location, and this was my experience. There is a grotesque woman who works there, not grotesque for how morbidly obese she is, which I could care less about, but grotesque for her nasty attitude. I placed an online order through the app, and the app told me my order would be ready by 9:52PM. I get there at approximately 10:05PM, go to the drive through, and am told by a woman that I needed to wait. 15 minutes later, I am still waiting by the speaker where people place their orders, so I decided since the app said my food would be ready almost 30 minutes earlier, I would go ahead and just pull around. I finally get to the window, and when the woman asks me what I need, I explain to her I ordered through the app, and just need to pick my food up.

She then begins going off on me, for having the audacity to not sit at that speaker as she demanded, and she literally accused me of "cutting the line", which would have literally been impossible, as I was still in the same line. I showed her that the app told me my food would be ready 30 minutes earlier, and she proceeds to tell me how mine was the 10th extra large order in a row, I ordered 2 sandwiches - 3 fries - and 1 order of cheese sticks, and that there were only two people working, and then she says "but I know you could care less about that" I told her this was on video and that I would be sending it to Arby's Corporate, and she said "Oh good, tell them I said hi"

If her working conditions are so bad, then she should get a different job, however, I believe the reasons that she doesn't are quite obvious. Since it is clear that Arby's is OK with such behavior by their employees, especially at this location, just look at all of the reviews for this location, I won't be back to any Arby's. I ended up throwing that food away and ordering a pizza, when I got home, there is no way I would allow my family to eat food that was prepared by someone like her.

I went w. Henrietta rd arby order crispy wrap first I say 2 when cashier says 19 dollars just 2 wrap i take 1 for try cost me 9 dollars some and that wrap was disgusting wrap in the world I can say sweet sources all over the wrap fill with lettuce and tomato and chicken pieces was like wood God bless me doesn't break my teeth so no more in my life go there at least please eat in home you guys know what you eat I can't trust anymore fast food peoples they're just make money

Terrible service

Terrible service, food and attitude! On 10/17/2024, we ordered two number one double beef with cheddar along with crinkle fries. We got two sandwiches with no cheddar and the crinkle fries were so overcooked and hard as a rock. So much so, that they almost disintegrated when you tried to break them in half. I called the location in Orange City Florida where we bought the meals from to let them know. The manager Rebecca had the nerve to tell me that they had bags of fries that are not good but they had to use them up first before opening the new shipment. I lost it! YOU NEVER SERVE BAD FOOD TO YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOWING THAT IT IS BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, I will be reporting them to the State of Florida and WILL NEVER EAT AT ARBY'S AGAIN! I suggest that NOBODY EAT AT ARBY'S IF THIS IS THEIR POLICY AND SERVE FOOD THAT IS KNOWINGLY BAD!!!!!!!!

Well I went to Arby's in Sidney…

Well I went to Arby's in Sidney Nebraska 69162 and I had done a online order and they got my order wrong and when I went to Arby's restaurant to confirm this to the manager the manager told me I had to go online to get my refund back and there is no way to do that the only way to get my refund was from the store that took from my card they denied me any help poor customer service they told me to take my old stuff and eat that and didn't even offer to fix it they told me it was my problem when they took my money off my card they could have easily given me my refund back when I went online to try to get a refund there was no way that could be done that store took my money off my car they need to give me a refund but they did not.This was on Sunday October 13th at 7:30 p.m. all of employees were rude that evening and had poor customer service what a shame 😔 I was lied to smirked at I felt like I was being discriminated against I never had that ever happened to me at any other place they always fixed it for me and made it better for me but not this Arby's every one of them were so rude there even the ones in the back anyways I just want to say to Arby's in Sidney Nebraska 69162 thanks for nothing and all your sarcasm and poor customer service

10-4-2024. I ordered 2 of the $7 meals online! Somehow I was charged for 6 meals! I called Arby's about cancelling the 4 extra meals and getting a refund! She said there was no cancellation or refund and it was through a third party and I'd have to contact them but never gave a name or number and I didn't ask! I looked online but couldn't find any info. on a third party! My son called to explain what happened! Still got nowhere! Just that the orders were cancelled so they didn't have to waste them! So she did cancel them but gave me no refund! On my bank acct. both charges were still pending until Monday (10-7-2024) when both charges went through! I wasn't very happy about this as it was explained to Arby's to cancel shortly after it happened! I called my bank to dispute this transaction and had to speak to a banker! I explained to him what happened! I then filled out a guest support form online to the company, attached screen shots of the receipts and have not heard anything! As of today I still have the charges taken out of my bank account! I want a refund on these food orders I didn't receive! Not sure I want to order online from them again!

Hello

Hello, I have been going to Arby's on 13th street in Gainesville Florida for the past several weeks. Each visit got worse. There is a middle aged man that I think might be a working manager. He is totally arrogant, unprofessional, street cloths and a bit unkempt and disheveled. Never thanks you for your tip which I always give. Today is my last visit. He was rude, condescending and treated me horrible as I was picking up a Strawberry shake for my wife who is a patient at Shands. He should be ashamed of himself. I am leaving my name and phone number but he will never call to apologize as he thinks it's every one else, not him. Paul Beckers 352-441-4684

The app shows a deal for the Reuben…

The app shows a deal for the Reuben sandwich for $4. It says nothing about “with a purchase” until after you spend your time placing the order. When I went to check out is where it finally said no qualifying purchase. THEN, it doesn’t say which purchases qualify. Added a water, no good. Added fries, no good. Big waste of time and very aggravating. Counterperson couldn’t even tell me what purchase would qualify.

I went to Arby's for lunch Friday for a chicken sandwich. They used to be so good and tasty. I was absolutely disappointed. The piece of chicken was ridiculous. Thin and mostly batter. $15 for the meal and it wasn't worth $4 ..... very disappointed and will not visit again.
