Using ArchOver

I have used ArchOver on several investments now and have found the process to be very easy. Happy with the returns of course but people must understand the risks. The one shortfall at the moment is that you are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Not so happy now as one investment gone off track and although being looked into I do think that Archover may not have been checking on things correctly. Awaiting to see the results of the investigations

A very professional organisation.

We have been investing over a 3 month period with ArchOver PtoP. We have found them extremely professional in all respects. The website is intuitive and easy to navigate and investors are kept well informed of new opportunities and the performance of existing loans. The ArchOver team are helpful when contacted and most importantly my investments have given the expected returns to date and competitive rates of interest. To date I am very satisfied and I am certainly contemplating increasing my investments in the medium term if all continues to go well.

Extremely easy undertaking! Have researched ArchOver extensively, and find it to be an impressively organised, and run, company. The logistics of its lending operation are faultless. I recommend ArchOver one hundred per cent.

Best risk/reward so far

I've been using a lot of platforms in the past few years and think this is the best risk/reward so far, at least for the 'secured and insured' loans. Some things could be improved but they seem to be doing a good job on what matters most, ie due dilligence.

On the plus side:
* Good customer service - quick, clear and straight to the point
* Some of the loans are secured AND insured (by decent companies like Coface) but still offer attractive rates (6-8%)
* Haven't experienced any credit events so far
* Documentation usually quite good and transparent

To be improved:
* Payment system is tedious
* No IFISA yet
* Not earning interests immediately
* Not enough loans on the platform (you can end up with significant issuer concentration) but I like the fact they are not giving in to a 'volume' logic
* No secondary market
* Some loans are being restructured / repaid early (no penalties on the borrowers side)

Very honest

Very honest, and efficient. Payments made on time and the customer service is quick, helpful and friendly. You feel like you know a person who you are dealing with, it's not anonymous.

ArchOver Review

I find Archover very thorough in its approach and is easy to understand. It is a very user-friendly site and all the investment opportunities are well explained and there is a full profile of the companies to be invested in.. Their payment of interest is prompt and notified to the investor.
Security of loans is comprehensive and I have full confidence in them. Also you don't have to invest huge amounts to get the best rates.

The operation has improved since there is just one reference number we have to give for each investment opportunity.
They are good people to deal with.
I find it a bit of a nuisance when they email me every time they make an interest payment.It clogs up my computer.It would be much better if they sent a monthly email to summerise the interest payments during the month

Well managed; helpful to oldies like me. Good diversity of client borrowers.
No losses so far, so due diligence by the team is working and added security of insurance. Easy website with information needed..
