I am struggling waiting 5 days for an answer when my employer of 26 years is harassing me whilst on sick note till January 2027, I have paid for legal cover to cover employment disputes and as yet have been left to try and muddle my way through, which is not at all ideal

Would not recommend. This will impact the insurance company come renewal time. This company has lost S.Wheels money.

General advice - disappointed
General advice. No written advice. Don’t make hardly any adjustments for known disabilities.
Took out motorhome policy with legal advice and dispute policy and was surprised to find out it is a general advice line with no specific motoring or dvla and registration experts to call upon.
Very disappointed and feel less confident and less supported after calling them

ARC legal expenses, bad company, poor service

Have home insurance with Allianz. Made a claim for legal expenses. Arc Legal are very slow to respond and are adding more stress on the matter I wanted legal assistance with. Now taking me through the complaints procedure, dragging matter on unnecessarily.
I have wrote numerous emails to them. They are blaming their law firm, and diverting the issue. Very bad company . I am very worried now that they have compromised my issue and I will suffer a bigger loss as a result of their actions.
Very slow to respond, refused my claim for a reason which is not fair. They are deliberately longing out the complaint so they do not have to provide their services Appalling service!

Process driven rather than client focussed.
In my experience this company was slow to respond and it seemed that they are more interested in their processes than putting the customer in the foreground. Most recently it took a month to receive a reply from them and I did not find it helpful when I received the response. People use their service generally because they have a problem and they require professional help in sometimes stressful situations. I would not recommend this company because I found they were not helpful.

Didn't really grasp the issue and suggested that a neighbouring property currently in construction, is entitled to install a gate onto my property in order to provide a shortcut to the town and station. Didn't ask to see my Land Registry documents which shows precisely who has a right to access my driveway.
