Daughters 18th birthday present never…
Daughters 18th birthday present never arrived. Lost by Evri, Argento refused to issue refund so I could buy her another present. Woke up to nothing on her special day and they weren't interested. I am absolutely disgusted by their service.
Additional edit 18/25 based on their reply below , which potential customers will be able to see for themselves. Argento REFUSED to give me back my money so that I could go quicky and purchase an alternative elsewhere. My daughter woke up yesterday to no present because of them and this insincere apology means nothing, when they had the chance to rectify it by giving me back my money BEFORE her birthday. Blaming your 'delivery partner' does not change the fact that you put your grabby policy of keeping my money before doing the RIGHT thing when you still had the chance. A lesson learned for me to avoid you again at all costs.

This review is about the piercing side of the store at French gate in Doncaster. While the prices and the earrings themselves are good, one of the members of staff have missed the mark she has originally placed on my ear while piercing which then made the placement assymetrical. I felt unconfident to make them correct it at the time because staff kept repeating that it's just because "my ears aren't symmetrical" and "once you put your other earrings in, it will look right". So I left. Came home and my partner as well as colleagues at work next day could notice that it's not quite right looking, so I went back to the store, the supervisor or manager didn't want to deal with me and just called out the staff member that did my piercing to chat to me. The staff member got the ruler out and was in total denyal that my piercing doesn't look right, I found the whole experience upsetting and it made me feel small. So I left.
