Lactofeee milk price has become…
Lactofeee milk price has become exhortionate l used to buy 6 a week now l don't buy it... it was £1 now its jumped to £1.85 l can't afford that ..so l have switched to stores own brand it's disgusting you can buy the same size normal milk for 89p lm not standing for it it doesn't cost anymore then ordinary milk it's an absolute ripoff.. lidl sell a carton of lactofeee milk for 85p so you can see it's all profit
Love this milk a definite 5 stars
Really don't understand why this milk is getting bad reviews. I can't get to supermarket so depend on delivery. I always get supermarket's own make semi skimmed, but for some reason, Covid? they run out of their own make so sent Cravendale as a substitute. I loved it so much that I won't have anything else. because I can't get out, and because it lasts so long I find the extra cost worth paying, and I love the taste.
The company has recently decided to…
The company has recently decided to change its packaging to make it more environmentally friendly ( doing away with the plastic seal and replacing it with a foil one).
This will have the desired effect of reducing plastic waste simply because the new seal makes it so difficult to open the container that many people ( myself included) have simply given up buying Cravendale and are purchasing supermarket own brand filtered milk instead.
New reduced plastic seal
The bottle top seal has recently been redesigned, and tends to grip very firmly to the underside of the cap. When opening a new bottle, I have to exert considerable force to release the cap. This could be quite a problem for elderly people and those with disabilities.
Arla full cravendale milk has changed
Arla full cravendale milk has changed. The taste has changed, quality, its thin than thick, its more watery. Since the foil cap has changed, the quality has changed. Am dissapointed. Aint worth, paying extra pennies. Such a shame, l loved the milk. Its only weird that they say content hasnt chanced just foil cap🤨🤥🙄🙄🙄🤔 BUT do you also understand, you cant cheat your customers as well. I have had to buy and compare from different large grocery stores. But its still same different thin weak watery quality. 😩😩😩 am dissapointed.
Rancid product
This company make the bottled coffee for Starbucks. They have failed to respond to my concerns over a rancid bottle of coffee still well in it sell by date. The concerns were even forwarded to them by Starbucks. Really does show what they think of their customers. I'll be avoiding all their products and Starbucks related in future.
BOB going off very quickly
Again like Joe et al, I have been a BOB customer for a significant period of time but over the last few months it has been significantly AWFUL!!! going off, smelling awful, curdling, making me and my family ill!!
Last 2 brought on mon opened yesterday - off and today - off - use by 12/11/21! Such a waste of money and inconvenient. Very upset as I used to love this.
Very expensive for unusable milk
Happy Cravendale customers
My wife and I have used Cravendale filtered milk for several years now. We mainly drink the skimmed verson. Never had a bad experience with it going off after time. We store it in the fridge but once we have opened a bottle it tends to stay on the work top all day. Never had a problem. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is that in recent weeks there seems to be a supply problem and obtaining the skimmed version seems to be increasingly difficult. What's happening?
Love the milk, shame I can`t take the foil off to drink it
Love the milk, however just bought another 4 pints this afternoon will be the last, some idiot has changed the top ,its difficult to open now, the old way may not have been as envromently friendly,, but at least it was easy to remove the top, not anymore a prime example of the educated fool, been to school and learnt it in a book, to them the customer is of no concern , well without customers you don`t get a sale and at £1.90 p for 4 pints it isn`t cheap back to semi skimmed half the price and easier to open
Smell it and test it before you drink it
Often purchase Cravendale because of the long life but it can be off and when it is it’s way off - as per Joe’s experience.
Even well within date it can be lumpy and smells almost like chlorine. It leaves a scum in the bottom of the cup.
Have tried to complain previously but have had no acknowledgement from the company never mind an apology. Have just had to throw away 3 skimmed dated 22 October on the 10th. This is about 6th time in the past year.
Opened a bottle of cravendale milk on…
Opened a bottle of cravendale milk on the 25/9/21 with a use by date of 09/10/21 and it was soured had to throw it away, arla may need to re do there advertising on how fresh there filtered milk is and how long it lasts,
Don't buy Arla Lacto FREE milk!
I am lactose intolerant and I bought a litre of Arla Lacto FREE milk for my coffee yesterday. I feel no difference between this product and ordinary milk. Even if just drink a half a cup of them, they both cause a terrible sensation in my arms and legs for hours and I would never drink it before bed time.
I used to buy cat milk for my coffee as is also lactose free, only that it is almost twice the price. There is no problem with it whatsoever. I could drink almost any amount without any issues. In my opinion, it does not even deserve the title of being lactose free.
Judging from other reviews, it is probably not worth sending them any complaints.
Arla bio milk 2 ltr carton purchased at…
Arla bio milk 2 ltr carton purchased at Sainsbury’s and delivered to my home on 30/06/2021 with a use by date of 19/07/2021 complaint reference no. ECM -202 107 -135 has caused a very strong stomach upset to my 3 year old possibly food poisoning over the last 24 hours Sainsbury’s don’t seem interested and still waiting to hear from Arla
What a rude company
I have written six letters to Arla's senior management and still have not even received an acknowledgement, let alone a reply. Are they just too big to bother?
I bought cravendale with a good date of…
I bought cravendale with a good date of 6th January so I knew I would come home from Xmas holiday and have plenty of milk, on the 28th December opened the milk, did my breakfast of porrage and a cup of tea but noticed the milk in the tea was in lumps , yes my in date by a week, unopened milk had gone bad, I was never so disappointed, had to get ready and drive to shops before I could have any breakfast, I would have been better off with a cheap normal milk.
Arla produce amazing lactose free milk…
Arla produce amazing lactose free milk that has helped reduce my IBS and tummy troubles. Worth the premiums in the supermarket.
Disgusting
Boycott Arla. They treat their animals like slaves, and even dare to call concerned customers ''cruel towards animals'' for demanding clarity about the process behind ''their products''.
Deliveries ti IG3 area
Deliveries ti IG3 area. My mother and I get milk and other products delivered.
The service used to be good, which helped justify the higher prices.
I received a smashed bottle i stead of an 81p pint of milk. On occasions, the milk has been delivered to tge wrong address.
My mother orders bread - dumped on the doorstep if at all - no longer in a bag.
Am considering going to Tescos.
I love their yoghurt .
