Hired a Luton tail lift van
Both ladies I dealt with made the whole thing easier. Nice people and shown me around the van. Most people would be apprehensive hiring a vehicle but they made me relaxed and I drove away in a nice clean vehicle. I would hire from them again definitely.

Felt deceived by the Category in listing page vs what was provided
I booked my rental based on feedback in social media. I have mixed review about my experience, the rental was overall good, but I felt deceived by the picture you posted for the category vs the vehicle that was provided. As my trip involved Scotland Highlands for a family of 4 I was very particular about an SUV and the listed vehicle was Vauxhall Grandland. Knowing the process that car make/model cannot be guaranteed but cars from same category will be provided, I put a request across to check for this specific model - reminded multiple times.But unfortunately upon rental I was told I will be provided with a Volvo XC40 which the company considers belonging to same category as Vauxhall Grandland. My choice was based on the luggage and 4 pax for 8 day travel and this vehicle provided could not accommodate the luggage and we had to squeeze in the vehicle. When I compare the size of a Grandland and XC 40 there is a big difference and I wonder how they can be considered as a same category. Inspite of the reminders and requests there was no consideration which left very bad taste on my experience and will affect my future rental as well as recommendations to my friends who are taking highlands trip.
