We are currently still hiring a car from Arnold clark Liverpool. The service from the staff has been exceptional. Lesley in the Liverpool office has been exceptional nothing was any bother and I asked so many questions for different hire options, she was continuously helpful professional and easy to talk too.
We extended our hire today and spoke to Tracey who was also very helpful and extended the hire for another week with no bother.
We originally booked a car from Manchester airport office and were looked after by Lindsey and James the driver who were also very helpful and friendly thankyou to all the staff

Very good experience
As I had full insurance with full coverage, whole process was easy a transparent. I realy appresiated posibility to return the car at different branch. The car was almost new and in realy good condition. As we had 4 suitcases, we also had posibility to check, if the car is big enough before we signed contract.

Staff assisting with both pick up and drop off were friendly and courteous. The car I received was a hybrid model which was a nice surprise as it saved on gas expense.
