Knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. When I ordered a new e-bike from Arragon's there were some hiccups with its delivery; Sarah went out of her way to get things sorted out and even lent me a very nice e-bike for free until my own bike arrived. Superb service, and very fair prices, too.

I suspect that I’ve been a customer of Arragons Cycles now for over 30 years. It’s a local business with a loyal following and has developed significantly under the stewardship of Sarah & Phil. In my experience I can only rate their service as totally thorough and professional. Keep it up 👍

We rented two e-bikes for three days which was a fantastic choice for exploring the Lake District. The batteries lasted for a long time and the bikes were very easy to use. Arragon Cycles was really accommodating - we were able to return the bikes on a Bank holiday even though they were closed. Sara offered to meet us at the shop so that we could drop them off. Thank you for making our trip so worthwhile! We recommend renting these bikes and using Arragon’s Cycle service for anyone visiting the Lake District.

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!

After trying to scale Hellvelyn on 11/08/19 both a friend and I sustained damage to our bikes, and this was the first day of our mountain bike tour of the Lakes and West Coast of Scotland.

We had to be in Gourock for a ferry to Dunoon by mid afternoon a 3hr journey. The boys at Arragon absolutely excelled in customer service given our plight; within one hour they had bled my mates dropper post, both my brakes and bent one of the levers back in to shape and we were back on the road.

I am now back home in the Midlands and can quite safely say that if it wasn't for these guys, we wouldn't have completed this trip as planned!!

An asset to the Lakes, but foremost, the MTB community!

Lovely, friendly, family-run business. Occasionally some of the junior staff can seem a bit lost and unable to answer questions, but that's a minor quibble. Good range of stock and expertise. Go to Penrith to pay them a visit!
