Arragon's Cycle Centre is an established family business, having traded for almost 50 years, with Sarah & Phil in charge since 2003. We hold hundreds of bikes across our four showrooms and have a newly equipped Shimano Service Centre where our technicians - Phil is Cytech 3 with over 10 years experience. Norbert joined the team early May 2016 having already qualified as Cytech 2 and is a great addition to the workshop. Phil is proud to have served the athletes in London 2012 Olympic Games as Shimano Neutral Support Mechanic. He also had the pleasure of being Race Mechanic for an 8 man team in the Race Across America - that team 'Strategic Lions' are the current World Record Holders. Between us, we ride and own tandems, single speed fixed wheels, folding bikes, mountain bikes, racers, touring bikes, time trial bikes… what we don’t know about cycling… isn’t worth knowing! Phil & Sarah enjoy taking part in triathlons and have completed several Ironman events in Lanzarote, Austria and Frankfurt with Barcelona being the goal for 2016. They set up Arragons Cumbrian Triathlon Club with Stuart Robinson of Freestyle Fitness back in 2008 and since then membership has grown to over 200, including a very competitive junior group with Lucy Donnelly at the helm. Our store is split across four showrooms: Our Shimano Service Centre facility is open to view - we enjoy being visible and many of our customers take advantage of a bit of advice from the team. The rest of the room is home to mechanical accessories and practical bits. The second of our showrooms displays clothing & accessories and our two cycle showrooms offer a full range of industry leading cross country and road bikes, family cycles, leisure, fitness and touring bikes. We hold bikes from Scott, Ridley, Genesis, Saracen, Ridgeback, Brompton & Pashley and from our wide range, we can equip you with a cycle that will compete with any manufacturer in the World. If you are cycling one of the many routes that pass by our shop call in for spares, a speedy 'pitstop' service or a chat and you will be made very welcome. If you want to pre book a service then call the shop on 01768 890 344. We look forward to meeting you soon.
