Bought really great ceiling lights.
I bought a pair of glass ceiling lights. They arrived quickly and so well packaged it took me 20 minutes to open them. I had a slight problem with them, in that they had not been adjusted to the right length, and the immediately refunded me the amount for this service. This is the third time I have been a customer. It is likely that I will be again.

Well packaged and kept informed
I was a little concerned that as I had ordered a large decorated lamp shade it might be easily damaged in transit. But it arrived in one piece and I was kept informed of its progress. The only downside was that the lampshade was not in stock and so there was a fortnight to wait before it was despatched.
