Good products, service could be improved
The sold product is good and corresponds to the description. The time until the product is sent is quite long (what is Ok, if you know this - and the hompage does not promise different). But the communication is started in German and unfortunately suddenly changes into Dutch. It would be better if at least an English translation is in the mail and for standard texts maybe also a German version since the offers have also been made in German...

Product delivered does not meet all parameters
I purchased a tapestry in dimensions 70 x 162 while delivered was 65 x 154. Customer service claims that "every series comes in a slightly different size". I cannot agree that 12% lower area is slightly different size. They also decline to make any partial refund related to different parameters. I had to make modification to a furniture made on demand.

Excellent service, stunning products.
This is the most amazing collection of Art Deco reproductions I have found. I ordered a bathroom light fitting. It was delivered in England the day after it was despatched from Holland. I was worried about ordering a glass light but it arrived in perfect condition. I can't wait to see it up. Fantastic site and excellent service. I will be ordering again.

I found the website when looking for Gobelins from Klimt. Not easy to find. Didn't know the website before and thought I'd just give it a try. It worked. Very good choice and stuff you cannot find that easily elsewhere.
