Chris is a scammer and complete Narcissistic. Ordered didn't recieve then he turns nasty and crazy when he does actually respond. These two guys should not be allowed into any event. Constantly changing business name. Stealing art and cheating customers.

Chris changed the business to "Dirtbike Studios" on Instagram and is continuing to scam people. just like me.

Like others I ordered and paid for 2 pictures at the ideal home expedition, 2 arrived after chasing but 1 of them was the wrong picture, I have messaged on numerous occasions and been fobbed off with every excuse. At least I have 2 pictures unlike others. So if anyone is missing a large colourful head of a giraffe picture I probably have it!!!!

I bought a Rossi Canvas on the 22nd March 2022 at the Ideal Exhibition for £200. Today is the 7th September. Promised it would be delivered in 7 to 10 days it has not. After numerous attempts at contacting them I have now made a section 75 claim with my credit card provider. Shame these people exist and are allowed to trade. Hope you have a better experience!

My 13 year old son paid £60 to these people at the MXGP at Matterley Basin earlier in the year. Still not received that art work - even though they’ve admitted to owing us the print. We just get excuse after excuse! Don’t touch these charletans with a barge pole. Seriously pissed off. They now just completely ignore my emails!!!

Stay away, it’s a scam!!! Went to Excel motorbike exhibition and bought a £95 canvas, supposed to be delivered to me. After multiple chasers and excuses from them, I have not received my items or a refund. They have stopped replying to my emails. Save your money and don’t bother.

Again, I would give zero if I could. Money taken at Ideal Home Exhibition and no picture / no refund.

I bought something in April at Ideal Home Show 2022 and paid £200 and still no delivery!! I am heartbroken, as a single mother money to throw around and have no idea where to start to get my money back! I have emailed and no response. Who do i complain to? Has anyone actually received their items?? I can not believe the exhibition does not vet their vendors!! I need them to deliver my goods ASAP if they wish for me to reverse my complaint or not contact Excel.

Ordered at the ideal home show. It’s now been 5 months and non stop promises it’s coming. Do not trust them. I’m now about to open an investigation through me credit card company!!! Terrible service!

Shocking! Do not buy from this con artist! Bought 4 items in October last year totalling nearly £300, these were Xmas presents for my family, gets to November, still nothing so I decide to email the guy, he states he's been at a show and has been snowed under, OK fair enough, I asked for an eta, was told 2 weeks max.. gets to mid December, I'm worrying now that they won't turn up in time for Xmas so I email him again. Told they have no stock and won't be available until Jan. At this point I ask if there are alternatives as it was to late to find other presents, he sent me 2 of the same picture but in a smaller size and said he would refund the remaining money. This was December 2021. Its now June 2022 after chasing and chasing and still no refund, this guy owes me a lot of money and is just point blank ignoring any contact.

I ordered three pictures at the Ideal Home Show in March and paid £200. I was told I would receive them in 14 days. Since that time I have emailed and messaged countless times. I eventually received a message saying I would receive it in the middle of May, then he said they were on holiday when it didn't arrive. Then I got a message saying I would definitely receive it, but it has been nearly 4 weeks since then and I still haven't had any reply. I am so disappointed as I really didn't have the money but wanted to treat my teenage son and he has been chasing me for his canvas since that time we went to the show. I am still hoping that they will deliver my pictures so I can update this review.

Ordered a bespoke personal piece through Instagram, very helpful with getting it how I wanted it to look. Yes it took a while to be delivered but the quality is great. Overall I am happy.

Bought print from Classic Car Show (Thoresby) now 40 odd days from order. Received texts promising delivery from Chris but now not responding. Calls straight to voicemail which is full! Notice website now taken down. Scammer ********

Paid £90 for a canvas after seeing them at the NEC for a biking event. Was told it would arrive in the next week and it never did. Had back and fourth conversations with Chris promising me several times that it would arrive and giving his apologies saying the delivery company they use is slow but they have less damages from them. 3 months later and I still don’t have my canvas and they stopped replying for the last month. Today I’ve received a message on Instagram saying they would deliver my canvas on Saturday and they asked if I would like to join their clothing range, they then sent me a text which come through as a link to reset my password. They were insistent on me sending a screenshot of this however do not click on this or send a picture as they can copy the link!!! The company is a massive scam, no idea how they have managed to attend so many events! They’re now trying to access peoples information, I repeat do not click on any links they send!!

I purchased a picture at the Ideal Home show 21 March, which was meant to be delivered within 7-10days. I contacted Chris and was told there was a delay due to supplier issues and it would be sent shortly. After exchanging 30-35 texts with the business, and being promised numerous times it was on its way, even naming the delivery driver its never been delivered. I was even sent pictures of the warehouse, vans etc as proof, but it’s never arrived and most of my texts have never received a reply. I have informed Trading Standards as I believe I’ve been scammed. I would avoid using the Company at all cost!

If I could give u any advice I'd say don't buy off this company as u ll be out of pocket and no canvas .I've waited months with lie after lie about being delivered that never gets delivered .I've asked for money bk no joy asked for my canvas no joy this man is nothing but a theif.he's a scammer and don't believe a word he says. I'm contacting any event that he mite be at to warn ⚠️ them of this outfit
