Its a scam.... do not buy from them, absolute scammers. Still waiting for my picture i bought 2 months ago. They do not answer phone calls or emails.

I seen them at Oulten Park and ordered a print that was over a month ago they don't answer emails my friend bought 2 prints too full on scam

absolute scammers avoid at all cost, saw them at the ideal home exhibition, cant understand how they were allowed to operate at a well none exhibition, i even got a text message saying "have you received your items " so i text back saying no i haven't ,then got another text message saying "it will arrive Tuesday"
3 months later still waiting, tied calling on different numbers, NOTHING !!!!!

This is a full on scam-they are thieves- i bought a painting at the ideal home exhibition and havent seen it despite many promises im down £95.00

I think the previous posts say it all tbh! He/they will get their comeuppance one day, just keep calm and let karma finish it.

Sadly I can confirm exactly the same rude and lying behaviour from Chris .. 2.5 months of evasiveness and then abuse. Spoke to Amex, who immediately refunded me cos they have had a number of complaints already .. so make sure you tell your credit card provider. Have also been speaking to the Ideal Home Exhibition, who have had many complaints and now confirmed they will never allow this company at a show. Now determined to stop these guys so contacted other shows to get them banned ... if everyone contacts shows and credit card companies maybe we can stop these scammers from taking money from others.

Absolutely utter rubbish scam of a company..
just out there to take peoples money and not deliver the goods. We purchased and since then have been fobbed out with Monday deliver and then next week and then week after this has now been 2months. This man should be named and shamed and hopefully with the watchdog complaints his face will be plastered in National TV.

Scam. Ideal Home exhibition purchase. Numerous messages to say the art will be delivered...but never is. I suggest calling your bank/credit card company and they should issue a refund.

I would give them -10000 absolute shocking don’t ever buy from them. No communication no items take your money and ignore you. I made another email to catch him out and replied to that to take more money wait till I see them at the next show they are at

As people say before, they just take you money and run, ordered a £95 picture at the home show, said it would be with me in 14 days, try calling and just get answer phone which is always full. Did get one message saying it would be with me Monday never turned up, have passed details on to watchdog, and when I see them at the next event I will just take my picture from the display. Avoid at all costs, big scammers

No stars or less for a company that takes your money and does not deliver. Why they are operating is beyond me. AVOID.
Wit would be good if all credit card company’s blocked them

Very very poor communication payed for a canvas £150 been waiting over 5 mouth’s still not received doesn’t answer any of my call’s emails telexes
Don’t buy from this company it’s a scam
Next bike event I see then at I’ll be helping my self to canvas prints to the valve what they owe me and expressing to new customer's how bad they are

Been promised delivery for last 6months now just big liars never received anything total crap and scam.

Just like the recent reviews on here. These guys are scammers. It's so funny seeing the same excuse applied to others that they gave us. This is now 2 months. The phond us never picked up and Chris guy claimed it was already sent. These people must be stopped!

Disgusting excuse of a company. Run by the rudest people who can't string a professional email together if they tried. You either get rude responses, excuses as to why there's a delay or just no reply at all! And if you ask for a refund you get ignored (now going through the bank to get our money back). Have been promised the artwork is with the delivery company multiple times who I have then contacted directly and confirmed they haven't ever received anything. They just lie and lie and lie. Wish we'd read the reviews before purchasing at the ideal home show (we have reported these scammers to them). Save your money and the hassle of having to deal with such horrible people. Will be taking this further as its shocking the amount of people they've clearly done this too.

We paid £100 for prints at the ideal home show then a further £100 for a large canvas which was supposed to be delivered to our home.

Chris promised that it was being delivered, it’s been 2 months. He kept promising it was being delivered but we still haven’t received it. Now they are completely ignoring me. I’ve asked for a refund and they aren’t answering for replying back to my message. You can’t leave a voicemail message as his mobile mailbox is full. Terrible service.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

It's funny how all the 'excellent' reviews are written on the same day - my guess would be they are all fake.
Paid £150 for a print at the Ideal Home Exhibition and just like every other negative review on here, I have never received my artwork. Excuse after excuse, promise after promise, none of which have come to fruition. Chris is now just ignoring me completely. His answerphone is so full you can't even leave a message. Chris told me on multiple occasions my picture was out for delivery so I emailed the delivery company direct who came back to say they don't even deliver to my area of the UK! I then contacted the Ideal Home direct who told me they have had multiple emails all saying the same thing. This company was supposedly booked through an agency who are also completely uncontactable. Avoid at all costs unless you want your money stolen.

Ordered an abstract design on acrylic at the Ideal Home Show in March. Was told delivery would be 10 days. After waiting a number of weeks, I started texting Chris chasing my order. I would laugh at the number of different excuses I was given if I wasn't so angry. I explained to him that I had had to take early retirement from work as my husband had been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's and needed caring for, so £140 was not an amount I could afford to write off. He then told me that it had been sent out so I could expect it within 2 or 3 days. When it didn't turn up, Chris said that the delay was due to the size I'd ordered not being standard, so they were working on getting it done! It obviously hadn't been sent out at all! I've been told lie after lie, so more than 8 weeks since I placed the order (& more than 20 text messages chasing), I have finally given up & handed the details over to Amex who will reimburse me & contact him to get the money back. I fully intended to take this to court, but to be honest I'm so sick of spending so much time on this that I reluctantly decided to just call it a day. I wish I'd have read the poor reviews before ordering, as I often do before buying anything online, but as they were selling at the Ideal Home Show, it didn't even cross my mind that they were a bunch of cowboys. Lesson well and truly learned. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Met these guys at excel motorbike show. Very friendly and had so many new pics i hadn't seen before of rossi and sic. had to reign myself in as so many to choose from. Buy 3 and get discount - happy days. Cme excellently package within a few days which was good considering the amount of orders they were getting as i was ordering. cant wait to hang on my new garage walls ;-)

I met this company at the London Ideal Home Exhibition and ordered several pieces of Glass Art which should have been delivered in 14-21 days. It took just under that to arrive and was packaged superbly well and looks amazeballs on my wall. Can’t express how good the experience was.
