I ordered and received some osteoarthritis pain relief gloves, which are completely unfit for purpose. They are far too big for my small hands, in spite of being advertised as 'will fit any hands'. Apart from that they are very thin; the so called magnetic beads NOT magnetic and not worth the money. I phoned twice and emailed three times requesting a refund but have had no reply. The gloves were received in a plastic bag with no order number. One employee dismissed me as she couldn't help without an order no and also couldn't find my address or name. There was a no on the email informing they had been dispatched.

Appalling service and product. Don't be fooled!
