Hi Sharon, we've also sent you an email, but wanted you to know that your refund is on the way. We have not offered free shipping since before the pandemic; however, we now understand how the order screen, as it was, caused some confusion. It does show $0.00 for shipping UNTIL your shipping address is entered so the system can calculate the exact shipping cost to your location. It will then show accurate shipping fees at the final checkout screen. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and our tech team has since made updates to the ordering page so this is more clear to our customers. We hope you'll give us another try in the future.

Thank you for resolving the issue so quickly. I incorrectly blamed Artisanhd when I failed to get the artwork while it was FedEx that lost my artwork. Thank you again for immediately taking care of this problem as soon as you were made aware of it. Superb customer service!!!!!!!

I was able to speak to a representative about different types of media and the processes. I ordered a canvas and aluminum brushed metal artwork and am very happy with the end products. The order was securely packaged and delivery was on schedule.

Gorgeous pic on glass
My picture looks gorgeous blown up on glass. Artisanhd did a fantastic job. Ordering was easy and clear. When I had a question before placing my order Stephanie called me back and helped me understand what I was seeing. I would definitely recommend and would order again.
