Lifelong Customer
I stopped by their store in Rome and fell in love with the brand and customer service. I then ordered some items online and I cant say enough about the quality. The pieces they create are classic and feel like they will last. The shipping was quick and packaging was top notch. They've gained a loyal customer.

I have bought multiple garments and were excellent quality. Several pieces I wear weekly and look good after more than 18 months. I am very happy with the quality and the service. I’m thinking of making my entire wardrobe from Artknit which is possible because of the classic and times less style. I really connect with their values, I prefer to own fewer clothes, but better in quality.

In ArtKnit I have found my go-to company for gorgeous knitwear. I have purchased many sweaters for both summer and winter over the past few years, and each one is high quality, flattering and very comfortable. I get many compliments from others too! I also really appreciate the care that ArtKnit puts into their packaging. Each sweater comes in a well-designed knit storage pouch which allows me to keep them well protected and beautifully organised in my closet. The packages also arrive quickly, which is a plus. Good quality, bad service
Unfortunately, a very mixed experience. The quality is very good and I really like wearing the sweater, but something went wrong with shipping, returns and customer service.
Ordered 3 items, one of which was delivered in the wrong size and one was delivered as the completely wrong item.
Returned with GLS, which was difficult for me due to low coverage (but I am not including this in the rating here)
When the return arrived due to the problems mentioned above, I was only refunded for one item.
Contacted customer service by email with no response so far (7 days)
Contacted via WhatsApp "successful", but time-consuming and no solution to my problem found until now. I should please think again about whether I really returned 2 items...
EDIT: I received the refund for the second item now, thats why i will give +1 star --> 3 stars

I ordered a chunky turtleneck sweater, the checkout was easy and the item arrived shortly. The quality of the sweater is really good! I’ve been wearing it almost every day and it does not disappoint. Would definitely recommend it!

Great quality and price
Really nice clothing and at very good prices compared to the fashion brands. I have three cashmere tops that are looking good after prolonged wear, hold their shape and aren’t piling like some wool tops. Very good quality. Thank you.
