I'd email asking if there was a problem, and less than an hour later I received my results. Had I gotten the results within the 72 hours, I would have given 5 stars. Went with your company after reading good reviews. Following instructions collected material and filled out paperwork after receiving reference number from company online. Finished packing everything and mailed priority through USPS on a Saturday. On Monday received email the lab received my package. I received the results online by Wednesday.

It has been 7 days since i sent my sample in using the postage provided and I have not yet received a result. This company has some issues that need resolving - I would not waste money on using them until it has.

They did what was advertised

The instructions for collecting the sample weren’t completely clear or detailed, and the lack of detail in the report makes me skeptical of the result. I’d want there to be more interaction with staff/employees to directly ask questions, confirm sampling approach, etc. It just felt like I was in the dark and alone in the process without any interaction with a person.

Very good turn over time, but the change of address was a bit awkward along with more digits than boxes for reference.

All went well except the results were not sent in 72 hours as advertised. After over a week we had to reach out to receive the results.
