Great service .

Great service .. clear instructions .. got a text when they received my samples and a few days later a email with my results. Very happy with the service.. unhappy about the asbestos in my house 😂

Easy to order and fast turn around

Easy to order the kit (Amazon) and to add another sample to the order online when registering the kit. The instructions were clear and I had the result within 2 business days from receipt of kit at the lab.

It was good

It was good. Just the shipping took 8 days due to us living in canada. Once they received the sample it took 3 days to reply.

Disappointing

The results are written so small they are difficult to read. Enlarging them cuts off some of the report. You also can not use the report to show code enforcement so l wasted $35.00 plus postage.

Excellent Lab to use

The sample test kit was very simple to use and the instructions were easy to understand/ easy to follow.
I used the USPS to mail the sample it took 5 days to go from Massachusetts to California which is pretty good seeing how it traveled in a US Mail truck.
Really liked the way the company kept me posted throughout the arrival of the sample through to when the test was completed.
Overall I was pleased with how your company/Lab performed and would definitely recommend and use your services again. Thank you for such a great experience.
