The service you provide isn’t very clear. I have been shipping containers for some time and when I pay for a container up say Kampala why would I be involved in the Mombasa clearance. Secondly why would you choose for me a bond in which I should take my good because the bond I provided your people in Uganda said they no longer take containers to them and how was that my problem. I think you have a lot to work on moving forward

I am disappointed about delivered my car to Istanbul ,I drop my car at Bristol port ,on 08/12/23 and then i should pick up my car at autoport izmit in turkey on 26/12/23,
so today 01/01/24 i am still waiting for my car in Istanbul,i have to keep calling Ascope Shipping and email them and nobody do anything about than i have to make calls to turkey side agent they told me my car will arrive to the autoport izmit earlier day 09/01/24,
my question is who is responsible for that.
And who is ganna pay for all the cost.
you was messing me around In Turkey,I have to stay in Turkey for two weeks,and i do have a job in uk,and i have to be back for my job in time or i will have to lose my job,and i wanna knows who responsible for all that,

We have contacted the shipping line and they have advised delay was caused by less manpower at the ports due to the holiday and bad weather and this is something that is out of our control, sorry.

Not much to say. We asked for a service which was delivered without a fuss even though we changed our minds a couple of times. The container arrived on time however, the trailer that delivered the container managed to destroy a wall. That's the only negative about the experience. I'm hoping that I don't get too much resistance when we claim compensation.
