Although I initially loved Askable, the latest experience made it a no for me. I was accepted into a study and never received the link. I contacted both the researcher and customer service, and never heard back from the researcher, losing the opportunity.

Bella, the customer service representative, was a sweetie and really apologized for the lack of communication. It was not her fault at all, and she shouldn't have had to apologize, as that needed to come from the recruiter. Due to the lack of communication, both the apology and not responding, I decided to delete the app altogether.
Askable lacks consistency in communication - I get a text from the researcher, yet I have to respond in the app or continuously check the app and have notifications on top of notifications I already have to see if I have been accepted, etc. Due to this and last-minute cancellations, it's a no for me.

One of the things that really stands out with Askable is *immediate* payouts. With all of their studies prior to today, I would get paid the next day but today I received payment right after the study was concluded! As a participant, I really like that Askable respects energy and time with clear communication and quick payments.
There are several drawbacks for US folks. Some of the times available are during the early morning or late evening so that is something to keep in mind. Additionally, I feel that some of the studies do need to have a higher threshold compared to other companies that do the same thing as Utest, Usertesting, and Userlytics.
The app could do better with notifications. I do not understand why they cannot send emails to notify people instead of having to go through the app. If you receive a lot of text notifications, etc, it is easy to miss. Please work on this.

Cant de register as site is impossible to navigate through so keep getting sms spammed.

I registered with this site for sometime but could never get anything despite clearly qualifying for them. What a waste of my time and I have deleted my account

No reply to support requests. No history of a task I spent a long time doing today. No payment for it or anywhere I can see it is pending. Don't waste your time.

It's easy, and most of the surveys/focus groups are not only easy but fun. I did one where we talked about fast-food pizza, and it was just like sitting with friends giving our opinions. And the moderator was so sweet! I would definitely recommend Askable to anyone!

I highly recommend this app especially for people who really need an extra income.

It is an easy-to-use site that provides real money for surveys and opinions. The screening process means you don't get you hopes up and they match quite well with only relevant surveys meaning you waste less time applying.

Research session was enjoyable, facilitator was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and eloquent. Session was easy to join and finish on time.

A suggestion is to improve sign in process to Askable where it is preferable to send the sign in access code to mobile instead of having to sign into email and then back to the Askable app or website.
