Very good happy with the servers

An overall great consumer experience. I read it was a family run business and although I like to support small businesses, they generally find it difficult to keep up with the bigger companies. However, in this case, having read the online reviews I had some faith in the process and ordered a Sony product which they also happened to price-beat any other search. I really admired their dispatching process, which was informative and arrived much faster than stated. Well done guys, I can’t wait to come back when that time comes. Thank you from a conscious consumer’s point of view.

Great price, quality as hoped for and fist class delivery

I seen ask direct come up when I had googled the product I was looking for and was initially sceptical. Having done some research on trust pilot I was convinced that it was legitimate and ordered a Sony soundbar that had been refurbished but came with a 3 year guarantee. I ordered it late Saturday night/early Sunday morning whilst working nightshift and it was delivered on Tuesday after I recieving an email from Sony with details of the 3 year guarantee directly from them. Overall an excellent experience and I will be looking on askdirect for any future purchases I am planning on making.

Excellent service

Despite the dubious website, I ordered a open box WF-1000XM5. I'm really happy with it, it came sealed and in great condition.
I also called them about expedited delivery and they were great. Recommended.

I just ordered a pair of Sony XM5 headphones. On the website it says that they were open box return. When I received them, it said on the Sony box that they are refurbished. You can't just lie about the product you're selling... Sort it out!! Will be returning these.
