First class safe and customer focussed service that gave reassurance as well as a good experience. I was very nervous about using weight-loss injections, particularly having heard horror stories about people getting them without the proper checks by qualified staff.

As a healtchare worker myself, I know how important it is for these medications and treatments to be prescribed only when strict safety assessments have been carried out by qualified healthcare professionals.

Not only was safety of the patient the primary factor throughout the process, I felt like an individual from start to finish. The qualified and professional pharmacist, asked lots of very relevant questions, listened to what I had to say, and really made sure that the injections were suitable for me. Nothing was rushed and they were very thorough.

I was able to ask questions, in fact, I was encouraged to do so.

When I booked my face-to-face online appointment, my phone wasn't able to take their incoming call, however, it wasn't an issue. The pharmacy team were more than happy to re-arrange so that I could use an alternative way to have a video call at a time that suited me.

The ongoing support is always there and that really matters - particularly when you feel certain that you're in safe hands. I would highly recommend Assured Pharmacy.

I have already asked you to cancel my subscription which you confirmed you did so why am I still getting emails? The reason for this is the delivery service, I was originally told it would be delivered on the Sunday, got a txt from DPD saying they couldn't deliver and would be next day. Next day got a txt from them saying a time it would be delivered and it had to be signed for, but I was at work. I phoned your company and asked for it to be left at my property as I have cameras for proof, you advised no as it was medication! I advised I have had from other companies before and this was never an issue! I asked for it to be cancelled and to refund me, again I was advised no! I then had to ask a neighbour if they would be in colliding day to accept this for me which thankfully they would! As I'm not going to have this hassle for delivery every month it has been cancelled.

Well not getting off to a good start. Told my order would be delivered 26/2 so took swapped my shift at work as someone needs to be there to receive delivery also paid for 24 hour delivery, checked DPD night before delivery and states a delay of 24 hours on this. Called customer service on DPD and getting cut off, online chat is useless as AI robot giving same reply repeatedly. Called Assure Pharmacy to advise cant be in as changed day off, can I refund whole order, told no. Asked can I refund the delivery charge, told no its not their fault it DPD. Back to square one! Customer service is unprofessional! Appalled!!

From start to finish the service was extremely professional and easy. For me I had the best deal also. My medication came packaged very well protected and cooled. I will definitely order again from Assured pharmacy. Thanks again to all staff. Keep it up
