Same issue as most other people on here. Have received a battery that isnt the model I ordered. No response to my two emails. Avoid

The website is a front end for a Chinese company called Linksun Tek.
I ordered a replacement battery, which was advertised as OEM. They use Evri (Hermes) for shipping so it took over a week to arrive. When it did finally get here it was not an OEM battery and while it was labelled as, and looked like the correct relacement battery, it did not physically fit my laptop as the fixing some of the fixing holes were misaligned. Thankfully I paid by card through Paypal, so I raised case. The supplier offered to send the correct battery again so against my better judgement I accepted on the condition that they sent a correct OEM battery as advertised. After 7 days it had not arrived and once I got past Evri's AI chatbot to a human, they admitted the second delivery was lost. I escalated my case with Paypal to a claim and I am happy to say Paypal sided with me and have refunded my money.

I wish I'd seen this before I made a my purchase. Delivery was very slow, I suspect the battery supplied is not OEM as advertised, it's got the wrong part number and although it fits my Laptop it doesn't charge and my Laptop has an Orange Blinking Light which indicates a battery charging problem.

I ordered a replacement ASUS monitor powerpack. Sold as an original Asus model and with quick shipping. What turned up weeks later was an incompatible OEM pack which produced twice the amps output and required a 3 pin clover leaf plug lead instead of the original 2 pin plug. I tried to contact them using their website to get an RMA but no response. Their phone number is missing a digit so of course you cant ring them. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I went on here and saw alot of negative reviews and it put me off. People saying about low quality chineese products and long shipping times.
Im not sure what happened to these people but i got exactly what i wanted in a decent time.
My original laptop charger was EXACTLY the same. The only difference was the one i got from this site had a sticker over the brand. i peeled it off and it was my laptop brand.
It may be lower quality chinese product but it isnt lying about it or trying to decieve.
All my local shops buy from china and ship it through another country so they can put that on the label and trick people.

Laptop drive not delivered (picture showed delivery to a kerb... could have been anywhere) and item had vanished (if it was ever there!) within a minute since when my wife looked out the door it was gone. Allegedly delivered by Amazon Shipping. Website now 'suspended' so once again a UK citizen is scammed by a chinese company, with no redress. Wish I'd payed by credit card... that's £50 gone :(

Parts advertised as genuine OEM. Parts are not actually genuine OEM. 30 day money back guarantee advertised, which is also a lie.

This is nothing short of a scam. Bunch of rip off merchants.

Placed the order on the website 27/5, they said that it was in stock with fast delivery, looking on the website it shows a UK address and phone number, however, the website pretends to be based in the UK but they are not and they are based in China. The terms on the website say "most orders ship within 1 business day and arrive within 5 to 7 business days.Some orders can take 7 to 10 business days", they have exceeded all of these. Chased by email on the 2/6 as the tracking information said it would be collected on the 31/5 and it was still showing as not shipped, raised a dispute with PayPal, and contacted the seller to request a refund by email on the 7/6 and 8/6 with no replay. I checked the tracking on the 14/6 and it now shows as being shipped on the 14/6, this is no good, I have managed to source the battery from another source and have it delivered before they shipped it.

I am waiting on the outcome from PayPal, however, looking at the other reviews I am not hopeful that they will support the buy. I will update the review once PayPal come back with a verdict.

They're telling me I didn't wrote correctly my own home address. And instead of showing me the form I filled with the alleged mistake I made they send me to the mail service.
They've ignored my emails. They've only replied to me via PayPal. They don't care about customers. They only want your money.
Aside from that, I don't think a battery needs 46 days to travel from the UK to Spain.

If I could rate this excuse for a company zero I would. Ordered from an alleged uk website - was warned by my kid not to use a Chinese vendor so I thought UK site, fine and placed an order for 2x Lenovo thinkpad chargers. Arrived fairly quickly. The 1st charger stopped working completely within 2 hours of 1st use, 2nd charger overheated and there was a burning smell coming from the port on my laptop. Seller would not respond to any contact from me looking for info on how to return. Meanwhile I contacted Lenovo to get a replacement charger sent, which is perfect by the way ... back to the story, got PayPal involved it turns out I can get my refund of £112 from atlaptopbattery back once I return the chargers to China (32.00 out of my pocket). Even though the goods are faulty I need to pay postage but not to somewhere in the UK which would have been ok but not great, UK was where the original items were posted 🤬So if you want to save £20 & buy a substandard Chinese street market level defective product, shop with this company. Or if you value your computer get in touch with the original manufacturer to get a CE registered product which won’t damage your computer. Buy cheap - pay twice. I should have read the trust pilot reviews first.

I placed an order for a HP laptop battery for £42.24, on 18/08/20, via PayPal.
The item never arrived.
I tried to raise a dispute via PayPal.
Initially, on face value, PayPal appeared to be helpful, though in the end I had to get my Bank to solve the problem.
Atlaptopbattery/Popbattery (which is actually a China based company - Linksun Tek), gave their argument, to my Bank dispute, for delivery as a dispatch note (no delivery date), from them to Hermes (their logistics service), who they’d raised an order with.
The item was never received by Hermes. It took 5 minutes to prove this and I got my money back.
Bad news Atlaptopbattery/Popbattery/Linksun Tek, whatever your name is, you thought I’d go away and right off my £42.24, Big Mistake, Huge!

I'll back up what every one else is saying. This company is NOT in the UK. They are a Chinese-based company.
I ordered a replacement battery and raised a Paypal dispute when after 3 weeks, even the tracking information could not be confirmed. The battery eventually arrived after nearly a month and appeared to work although I'm not convinced it's a genuine battery. There was no bar code and the manufacturer's name had been covered over with black tape. Even the battery information was blurred and smudged.
The telephone number on the website is not a valid UK number and email communication is next to zero

Despite appearing to be a UK-based company, they are actually based in China. I ordered a battery, expecting delivery within 10 working days. They provided a yodel tracking number, which kept saying that the package had not yet been received by them for them to deliver (which makes sense now that I know it was coming from China!). I spent a month repeatedly trying to contact them for an update and did not receive a response. Thankfully I paid via paypal and have claimed a refund

Thought this company was UK based as they use a UK domain name, it's a Chinese company misleading it's customers.
If they send you the correct item and it works i'm sure you'll be happy but if you have to return the item it will be at your expense!
They sent me the wrong item, no fault of mine but I have to pay the return cost. Even Paypal advise I have to pay the cost. Maybe Paypal should look into the misleading sales of using a UK domain to sell products that have to be sent back direct to China.
Avoid this company at all costs and thoroughly research any companies you haven't used before. We live and learn.

My laptop battery suddenly died - replacement needed - FAST! So I ordered one from Atlaptopbattery sucked in by the "Fast Delivery, the .co.uk website, and a UK phone number (which proved to be "Unobtainable"). As soon as I had paid I got a PayPal acknowledgment showing it is a Chinese retailer. It took a week before I got any tracking information by which time I had to go the Amazon route. It then showed up in the USA, such that the item ordered 15 January turned up on 30th Jan. So much for Fast Service and for that matter any real customer service. AVOID!

Absolutely awful company. Total scam. It uses a .co.uk domain but the chargers come from China, so it took weeks to arrive. The customer service is non-existent and they didn't reply to any of my emails when I asked them to post it to a different address than the one I'd initially chosen. When it finally arrived, I had to pay postage duty, which wasn't cheap, and then I found out that it wasn't the right charger anyway. I'm pretty certain it's not even a proper Acer one. Don't ever use this website.

Went with this company as I wanted to pay for a 'genuine' battery. Looked into it and from what the company were saying, it all sounded good. Battery arrived but didn't work from the beginning. Customer service is non-existent and the company took my money and never got back to me. After several failed attempts of trying to contact the company, I concluded I'd been totally scammed. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company and giving a review of one star is over generous. Appalling service and disgusting aftercare 😠

Laptop battery arrived in perfect condition in perfect working order. Yes, delivery took a while, but to be expected when being shipped from China via Belgium as mine was. If you aren't in a hurry for a new battery then I have no reason not to recommend ordering from here, just have patience!

Dishonest seller. Operates from a .co.uk domain address and a UK phone number which does not work.

The product is sent from China via sweden. Even though I cancelled the order, it was intentionally sent knowing it would be difficult to return.

Paypal was no help. I will be contacting Swedish authorities on principle as the customs declaration is false

Laptop battery was not what was ordered.
Company advertised as being in EU.
Company refused to reply.
Paypal advised returning product which I did at extra cost.
Royal Mail then would not process as a battery.
So I am now £42 down on battery and £12 on return postage.
Still no reply from company.
If possible avoid this company. Not as described.
