Accidentally bought the wrong charger requested a refund an hour later. Its been almost 5 days and still havent recieved a reply.

Ordered a laptop replacement battery. Courier seems to have picked it up but it's now lost in their network.
I emailed the seller twice but I never received a reply. At the moment I don't know if I will ever receive my battery or money back. Frustrating and time consuming

I ordered and paid for a macbook charger on 25 Aug and have had no email update on its status or delivery since then. I have submitted 2 emails without response. This is absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT USE THEM.

Ordered a charger to UK address 3 weeks ago, received a conformation email but no tracking details provided. Product only sent after I chased via email, and company replied asking what version of the charger I wanted. Do not recommend this company.

Great product, received very quickly

I ordered a laptop charging cable on Friday evening and received an email confirmation straight away. A tracking, warranty and troubleshooting guide email was received Tuesday. The charging cable arrived Thursday morning. It is exactly as ordered and charges my laptop super quick. Thank you!

Ordered a battery a month ago aprox and still didn't get the package neither a response from them asking info about the delivery

Ordered the wrong battery, however they identified and shipped the correct battery free of charge. Shipping is from China, which means longer delivery times, but very good customer service all around.

Don't use a .co.uk and then ship from China with a 2 week delivery.

Easy to select, order and great service; complete with troubleshooting tips (not needed fortunately)!

The adapter doesn’t fit the product and the company have not responded to my request to change product

Despite ordering on Christmas Day the order was handled efficiently and the charger safely delivered quickly

They seem to have the best deals around for brand labelled chargers that Ive personally seen. I bought one in oct thinking it was the correct wattage but 2 months later it stopped working. After emailing my issue, they responded instantly and resolved the issue I wasnt even aware of. After hardly any questions asked, I was then sent an immediate replacement, No added fees and free delivery! Fully resolving my issue and making it completely hassle free. I highly recommend them!
