excellent service and polite staff

how is it even after 4 months, and saying the hire company would be paid upon me returning the vehicle i'm now being shafted? thanks. Having to go through the banks to claim the money

Company never paid Budget for the rental; Budget car hire are now chasing me to get a credit card refund to pay them as Atlas have defaulted. Massive hassle and I would never use again. Frauds.

How come Tust Pilot are still accepting good reviews, well out of step with the vast majority of comments, long after the company have gone into administration ?
This company stinks, and has done so for several months.

In October 2016 I booked car hire for a holiday in Iceland in June 2017, they have just cancelled my booking stating that the car choice is no longer available for the price and that they are not processing refunds. The only way I can try to get my booking fee/deposit back is to go directly to my credit card company.
Save your money and stress levels - do not book through Atlas choice.

The rep was still there after a six hour flight delay, was courteous , efficient and got us on our way as soon as possible

I now have found out they are in administration and not taking calls, emails etc and are not fulfilling their obligations. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Excellent pricing, aligned with a reputable firm gave us worry free motoring in the highlands for two weeks. All pricing is clear and unambiguous, with really good customer care.

My girlfriend and I shopped around online before booking through Atlas as we were particularly interested in renting a convertible for our week in Florida. The price quoted from Atlas couldn't be beaten and so we booked with them. Only afterwards did we check the reviews of Atlas and Dollar Thrifty online and to our surprise some were very negative which caused us concern. However our experience of Dollar Thrifty and Atlas couldn't have been better. The staff at check in were upfront and direct and the staff helping us in the car park were fantastic. We thought we were picking up a Chevrolet but in fact were given the choice of a Mustang with no extra cost. the decision was a no brainer - Mustang! The car was in excellent condition and we had an absolute blast of a week! We were gutted to return the car but again the staff were wonderful and humorous on return.

Therefore we give a full 5 star review for the service of the staff and the quality of the vehicle.

The only reason I can think that people have given negative reviews were because they didn't read up on the fact Florida issues tolls to use many of the major roads. Therefore if you haven't read up on this then expect to pay something towards this cost. It is bar far more expensive to pay as you drive but Dollar offer a weekly fee that covers any mileage and is again good value for money.

Good job Dollar and Atlas. We'll certainly be using you guys again

This 'company' owes me for an insurance claim refund from September 2016. They have reneged on paying, citing 'IT issues' even after agreeing to pay in November. From the 30th Dec, I have also noticed that on their support center area they have move from using my name in addressing me to just saying 'Dear Customer'. A small change but it could be that their emails are now of an auto-reply nature. The rot in this company I can smell from their office in London 100 miles away where I live. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY!!

Can't get over how unprofessional these guys are.

One week before our trip Atlas Choice emailed us to say that in spite of the fact that we had already paid them for our car hire that 1. A car was no longer available 2. That we had to contact the car provider and pay again. and 3. That they would not refund us the money paid. We had to attempt to claim the money back from our Credit Card Company.

Unbelievable. Disgraceful. Avoid.

We have used Atlas Choice for a number of years. October 2016 we hired a car from their agents Local Car hire in Portugal. In December we had sixty euros taken from our card.

Atlas Choice kept saying the same thing over and over again. I contacted Local Car Hire and it transpires that Atlas Choice had not paid them, so they were taking it from out card as per the terms and conditions.

I am banging my head agains a brick wall trying to get my money back. The card company will not say it is fraudulant as we gave our card details on hire in case of accidents etc.

Atlas Choice will not take responsibilty just tell me to contact my card company, that is the response to four emails I have sent them.

Steer clear, this is a scam company. They take your money and then the voucher you are issued is not even valid. They also then tell you they can't refund you. My holiday started with arriving to find out that there was no valid voucher. Fortunately there was still a car available for us to hire directly but at a much higher price. Atlas Choice is not a disgraceful company....STAY AWAY!!!!

Four months after my car hire I have received an email from the hire company saying they haven't been paid and they are expecting the money from me. Seriously unhappy. Atlas failed to give me a voucher for the car hire despite two phone calls. The company they used provided a filthy car and as it was the last car they had it was a take it or leave it situation. I took photos to prove the state of the car as I was expecting trouble when I returned it. As it transpired they were lovely. I paid Atlas extra for a higher level of insurance. But according to the car company if there had to be a claim I would have had to pay and claim it back from Atlas. I would strongly advise against using this company.

They canceled just 4 days before my car rental in Hobart. I called Thrifty, they said that they never received the payment from Atlas Choice. So I had to book last minute car rental which is $1000 more... Very disappointed.

Booked hire car in July 2016 via Atlas choice and paid in full, presented the voucher in Canada at the hire desk no problems. 5 months later the hire car co have debited my c card for $398 . when I called them they said they never received payment for my hire from Atlas choice. Cannot get anyone at Atlas choice to speak to me, literally going round in circles, filthy crooks! AVOID!!

Made booking back in August for car hire in Australia in February. Took £35 deposit my full payment due now,but thank goodness after checking my booking,nothing there ,so have blocked any further payments. Yesterday I received email from a atlas direct holiday insurance,same logo as car hire same company! Phoned the number, to ask if they are the same company only to be told that if I didn't want insurance to go away and put the phone down on me. Not only have I lost £35 to them ,they want to sell me insurance. Terrible company.
