I have also received a debt collectors letter for unwanted and returned items. During a telephone conversation with a customer service assitant who was very rude, i was told that if i sent the unwanted items back it would be the end of it. Months down the line i have received a ccs letter looking for payment of £23 .48 I did not want to subscribe to anything and thought i had been careful not to but apparently i was told that i had. I feel i have recieved a very inappropriate service and i also intend to take further action regarding this matter. My ref number is 30653149.

I have just called altas editions and recieved assistance from a very helpful customer advisor Chris from Southampton . I now feel things have been resolved. It is a shame as i would not use the company in the future although i thought it was important to state the issues appear to have been adressed.

The worst company I have ever dealt with please everyone avoid at all cost. They kept sending things I had not ordered and then they expect you to pay postage to send them back. So after a lot of hassle & phone calls I sent them back & paid postage (which as a pensioner I could ill afford) now after 18 months I receive a letter from a debt company. Don't know how much more of this I can take.

I purchased a Jaguar car for £1.99 in June 2015 which I duly paid for. I have not received any subsequent correspondence from them regarding this purchase. I have just received a debt collectors letter relating to this Jaguar car for the sum of £18.48. Obviously I have disputed this debt. I have posted this review to say beware if you deal with this company.

Absolutely disgusting, this firm prays on the old an vulnerable and then threatens legal action through there own debt recovery service. My mother in law has been in hospital twice over the last 18 months with serious operations and even though she paid for what she had and settled up they keep sending CCS collect letters for a jaguar toy car she sent back which has now increased to £30.45 with charges. She is now due to go in for a double hernia operation at 81 years old and atlas will continue to bully and harass and it never ends. If you come into contact with anything that atlas editions is involved with burn it as otherwise you will have items sent to you that you don't want and can't return. This is how this company makes its money by harassment.

My father cancelled his account in 2016 as he was out of the country for a while and no longer wanted to receive anymore cars but they still sent him cars which royal mail returned back to them but he is still been billed for them. We have contacted them numerous times on telephone and in writing but all seem to be ignored. He is now receiving final demands to pay or dept collectors will be contacted. I would advise all to stay clear of this company. They use to just take money from his account for cars he's not even had. We had to inform his bank to reject any further payments to be deducted. Stay well clear!

Atlas - please advise how I am suppose to supply you with a customer number on here without everyone else seeing it. I can not reply to your reply direct! Do you have a email address even though it will probably get ignored like all the others we have sent.

only wanted Lancaster bomber for my grand son,and they keep sending other things,and billed me for double the amount on everything at 14.99 pounds for items,i have a bill for 84.47 pounds,what can I do

My first motor purchase from Atlas arrived today. The wing mirror on the Jaguar Mk2 was detached. I do not have a complete model. Can you help? Please.
I await my further purchases with a degree of worry.

Sorry to add to the tale of woe, Been with them for years but now received model after cancelation on line ,taken weeks to rectify! Their customer (services ?) department reply on email in almost pidgeon English. (I suspect an 'off shore ' farmed out company replying). Unfortunately will not be using in the future, shame really.

APPALLING AVOID, I canceled my order online 2 days after receiving the first item, through their website, using my account number, it shows collection cancelled, no outstanding invoice. Still they send things and expect me to pay for return. They don't answer emails and after eventually managing to get them on the phone, they told me they use a different system, they can NOT see my customer account.... I have never come across such a bad company. AVOID, do not enter into this. It is a time wasting scam.

Thanks for your reply, this has been very unfortunate as the product is a good product. I have no doubt, if this is a reputable company they will want to ensure this does not happen again, as this is not the way forward in business. It is a big shame it had to get to this, special after a long phone call with them.... Things do go wrong with even the best companies, all you can ever hope for, is after reporting this to them, they apologise and put it right. At least they have now done that.

Call centre Helpline very poor and that's being nice.

Keep well clear from them when you send unwanted goods give them POD they put dept collection agency on you. I am contacting BBC Watchdog because they keep doing this and watchdog will take them on.

After calling atlas today regarding my account I've been told my account has been blocked and no reason has been given, when I asked to have it cancelled I was told it will be then I asked for some kind of confirmation only to receive a snotty answer from the woman on the phone stating that she can't give me anything and it will be cancelled I queried about being charged for items that I don't want only to receive another snotty answer so after that disgusting customer service and weeks of trying to contact them without them contacting me to inform me of my blocked account I took to google only to find trust pilot and reading the reviews I believe I've signed up for a scamming company!!

I've had a reasonably good experience with Atlas Editions. I'm currently collecting the World Atlas series, but no one seems to know how many dispatches are left in the series. Last summer, I was told there would be 7 more, but I've received about 10 since then. I asked again a couple of months ago, and was told only 1 or 2 more. But now I see that with my next set of cards you are sending yet another ring binder. So that implies about 7 more sets (at least assuming this is the last binder in the series) to come. If anyone has any information about when this collection will end, it would be appreciated!

I've also signed up to new collections of models in the past, and had no problem cancelling them. I usually pay the invoice by cheque, but log in to my online account and cancel collections through there. There is no need to email, and I think it's done immediately.

I don't want to cancel my World Atlas collection, but I do want to know how long the commitment will be (it's been over 2 years already, and some months have more than one set). I don't want to end with only one or two sets to go, but I can't afford to go on forever!

Today my father has received the same letter from CCS Collect that many others are complaining about, claiming he owes £62.94. He ordered some items from Atlas back in 2015 which he paid for. Big mistake! Out of the blue Atlas continued to send various items which had never been ordered, as well as demands for payment for the said items. We sent the packages back, and wrote insisting they stop sending any further items. We repeatedly tried to contact them by phone, but this proved impossible, they simply never answered us. We assumed that they had got the message as the parcels stopped arriving. Then today we receive this letter form CCS Collect. This is scandalous. How can they get away with doing this? We refuse to pay for something he never ordered, and if necessary we will look into taking legal action. Have Watchdog been informed of this company?

After buying a jaguar car from atlas for 1.99 i waited weeks on end and it never turned up. I emailed atlas to cancel my subscription when i started getting reminder letter through the post.

I then recieved a final demand letter stating i owed 18.99 to which i emailed atlas again telling them i never recieved the item and that i am not willing to pay their fees and to cancel my account.

I come home from work yesterday to a debt collector letter stating i owe 46.45. What a joke. Absoloyte scam of a company, i thought it was just me but after a quick google search it appears 99% of their customers agree.
Im still trying to have this issue resolved... one thing is for sure though, i will never use them again.

Ordered an item beginning of October 2015. On receipt of product i sent a cheque and letter cancelling any further items in the collection. I also did this on line through the website. Start of December i received another product. I immediately wrote to you asking to collect and reaffirming i had cancelled. I also contacted through the website Ref:1812696-1449234396.
I heard nothing more until mid April 206 when i received a second reminder. I again contacted the company stating they were now unsolicited goods but could still collect them Ref:5710371-1463166803.
This morning i have received a letter from a debt collection agency. I have Orlando Robinson as a contact at BBC Watchdog who i shall be forwarding or the information too.
The product is still unopened as i did not request it and have no desire for it.

What a fiasco, I it appears like many others have been duped by this organisation. I did order, receive and pay for some models I requested. At least 10 months ago I contacted Atlas to cancel anymore deliveries. I returned four models to them before I moved out of my property. I receive an email last month stating I owe £124 from a debt collection agency.
The absolute cheek. As far as I am concerned I do not owe anything. If atlas were or still are sending models this is surely not my problem.

Depending on how Atlas respond to this matter, I would still advise avoiding purchasing any items from them, it appears to be a legitimate scam.

Sorry to hear about the bad reviews, personally I have had no problems with Atlas. I collect the dinky super toys and I think they are superb not too keen on the french dinky though would just prefer to collect the English ones
