Good but some limitations

Not very good post sale tracking of order. Battery life is limited and display is all but unreadable in sunlight

Pluses: it heats fast and is easy to control the temp Nice size device and bowl is a go for single use. Four stars

Good stuff !

It is a great product, just exactly what I was looking for. Hits terrific . Cleans easy. If your a dedicated smoker you'll need to charge the battery Dailey. Not a huge issue. Great mouth piece/ only fault is 2 tiny rubber bad washers seals the bottom seal will not stay on easy to lose. However they send you extra, and will work with one. Over all 8.75 outta 10. Lol

When I received my micro pal the coil in my wax heater didn't work no biggie, no one's fault but the manufacturer. But, to ship it back you all made me pay for shipping.

Aegis 2 experience

I have used the transporter in the past and loved that. The Aegis 2 is smaller and heats faster. I get about a good 3-4 uses out of one charge and only take about an hour to recharge. Great consistent vape with custom temperature control

Former Customer

Having been a prior customer, I figured it was safe to order from Atmos, again. This time, I ordered the Jump vape. It's OK, but the default temperature is too high. It gets very hot and tends to scorch the flower. It includes a terrible instruction manual that combines unreadable colors with a mirco-sized font. Aside from this, I had to check back on my order after TEN DAYS. It hadn't been shipped, I hadn't been notified, and there were no weather events that would have prevented a successful delivery.

They did send me an address-check request, but only about ten minutes AFTER I inquired about my order. They said “We can't find your address"... the one I've lived at for years... so they couldn't ship it out. They claimed they were waiting to hear from me, which is false, because I never received any notice. After ELEVEN DAYS, the order was finally shipped. Overall, it took TWENTY DAYS to receive my order.

Q: Who is in charge of looking at an order for days on end without bothering to wonder why it hasn't shipped?

A: I won't have to worry about the answer because I won't be ordering from Atmos again in this life.

I perceive Atmos to be a small business, (since the service, website, and marketing materials make them seem small), so I especially wanted to support them. But they don't deserve any sort of support if they can't follow up on a standard order that should have taken only a few days. If you can't handle the small stuff, how can you be trusted with the big stuff? Looks like no one’s in charge of anything at Atmos.
