I have bought this product before only…
I have bought this product before only in store and it went well. This time however I used the online store for Atmos. I don’t trust that this items is going to show up. I’ve read many reviews after I bought the product and knew I made a bad choice. I emailed them 3 times and no reponse for 4 days. I called them more than 5 times and no one will answer . I do hope it shows up.

I received a non-working vape pen
I received a non-working vape pen. Wanting to give them the oppurtunity to talk me through unlocking it, etc., I called their customer service no., which always "did not go through. Try again." I got a 704 number from information, which was busy all afternoon the first time, then just rang and rang the next morning, then "did not go through." Is this a scam company?

Terrible communication
I’m not sure why I’m bothering because I’m positive you won’t read this either. I submitted a support ticket which I never heard back from, and after purchasing a product, never received a confirmation email, nor a tracking number.

Update: still haven’t received a refund.
Part of my order was never delivered. Customer Service never refunded me and stopped responding.
Wasn’t given any options, just silence. Honestly disappointing.
