I received my Compass Leather Silver Bracelet. The lines are shallow, barely visible, the letters are not visible almost at all (I think the N misses one line or is misaligned), the silver is all very grainy (not polished at all) between the compass circle and the star, grainy on the star. One of the stones is misaligned completely, the small beads that hold each of the stones also are not looking like that at all.

The product on the website and the product I received are similar in shape only basically, the details are all over the place.

I started a chat on the website, I was told to write an email. I am currently in talks with the company.

I bought a really nice bracelet at Atolyestone. The quality looks very nice, also amazing details.
Customer service is really quick, they know very fast who you are and are very friendly.

if i could leave a 0 i would by far the worst company ever after being lied to many many times , then to be sent a damaged ring had to call and message them on chat with a different account or they blank / skip you do not buy from here!!!!!!!!!! there review dont even work on there site this is how much of scammers they are

I am writing to formally request a full refund for the ring I purchased, as the service and delivery promises made to me have not been fulfilled.

You initially assured me that the ring would be ready last week. When that deadline passed, you then promised it would be ready for collection today you lied. Unfortunately, the ring is still not ready, despite multiple assurances.

Additionally, you previously stated that a refund of over £70 would be processed due to the inconvenience caused you refund £50. That refund has not been issued, and this continued delay and lack of follow-through is unacceptable.

Given the repeated unmet promises and the continued delay, I am requesting a full refund of over £2000 of the total amount I paid. Please process this refund immediately and confirm once it has been completed.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a resolution without further delay. Your team is very dishonest and need to practice respect and good communication.

Order #235828 – Still Waiting on Half My Order

We ordered two matching engraved silver pendants for our sons. Only one pendant arrived. I’ve emailed several times, sent photos as requested, and even tried calling Atolyestone directly—no response. The quality of the product we did receive was as expected, but the complete lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. We’ve paid for two personalized pieces and have only received one. Someone from Atolyestone, please contact us to either send the missing pendant or issue a refund. This experience has been deeply disappointing so far.

I was in talks with customer service regarding making some changes to a ring I wanted. Fast replies were helpful; I got my ring a week later, and I am so happy with it.

£700 item completely unfit for purpose.
I spent almost £700 on a bracelet for a Christmas gift. In January the bracelet snapped and we spent £60 on a repair. Mid march the bracelet snapped again. The bracelet was not caught on anything it just snapped due to the quality of it being poor. Contacted customer services to request a refund as clearly the bracelet is not of good quality and is unfit for purpose.
A refund was refused on the basis I had had the item for over a month. I was offered a replacement bracelet and a refund of the £60 repair which I refused as this will clearly continue to happen, unless the quality of the bracelet has been improved dramatically since December which I highly doubt. There was no way I could have known within 1 month that the bracelet was of this inferior quality and Atolyestone Customer Services are being completely unreasonable.
Customer service is severely lacking here- and I am £700 out of pocket- plus the £60 for the first repair.
I would advise against any purchase from this company on this basis.

I bought a pendant advertised as 925 sterling silver, but when I took it to a jewelery for repair as the clasp broke after 1 wear, they immediately suspected it was stainless steel.

They performed a blowtorch and acid test, and it did not react like silver should, instead, it turned black and looked completely burned. The jeweler confirmed it's not silver. When I contacted the company, they told me they "plate them for aesthetic reasons", which was never mentioned in the product description. I even offered to send it back for testing, but instead of addressing the issue, they just offered me a 10% discount code as a response. (Not kidding this is their customer service)

Extremely disappointed with both the product and how they handled this. Beware.

7 Days later the Ring was delivered on My Frontdoor, back Home in Denmark

We got our wedding bands in white gold with rubies and black diamond last year. We met the owner who is very nice in Soho, showed us collection and was very nice and accommodating. This year my partner got me silver bracelet with rubies for Xmas to complement the ring and I love it. Customer service was very responsive , we got the bracelet as it looked on pics . I love their design as it brings Byzantine glamour wrapped with modern design . Definitely would buy again from Atolyestine.
