I ordered a bracelet for my husband for our Wedding Anniversary, they went out of their way to make sure I got it on time. My husband loves the bracelet, it is really good quality.

After losing my bracelet, Atolyestone replaced this with an identical one (including engraving) free of charge. I have have found their customer service exemplary. Thank you!

Such poor quality of product and service. Husbands metal braclet frayed and broke at both ends at the clasp, less than a year old. We asked for a replacement, Atolyestone would not replace it as its outside of the warranty. Offered us a discount to buy another and said they were in business to make a profit.

Appalling customer service. My partner ordered me a bracelet with a small engraving on the inside. They have sent a smaller size bracelet than ordered which caused injury to my wrist as it has sharp rings holding two wires together. They refuse to help in any way and asked me to order another with a discount 😂.
I might have to pursue my rights legally as they are ignoring everything, so let this be a warning to all who want to order from them.

Absolutely apawling customer services. Their attitude and arrogance was just unbelievable x live chat does not work. Website lacks clarity. I spent days scrolling through their products for a special 18 year old birthday present. Needed information about engraving and as to whether the pendant came with a chain (which was not clear). Spent hours on the live chat with no response. Write several email which remained un responded and de used to place the order anyway. Finally wrote s WhatsApp message and their response was that they are NOT A PIZZA SHOP. I tried to explain that it had been days I was trying to get in touch with them. They mentions that the live chat did not work I lasted the evidence of my emails and several attempts of communication and cancelled the order. The birthday is approaching and I need to buy from somewhere else. It does not suffice to take advantage of adds in social media to reach millions of people and treat grid customers with such poor attitude. Although their products seem nice to be treated with respect is more important.

I love shopping here for my boyfriend - they have a wide selection of jewelry designs with high quality. I am always able to find jewelry that he would love. Thank you for being a great brand to find amazing designs.

Outstanding designs at a variety of prices. Excellent customer services and fabulous packaging.

I order a pendant from their website, despite them stating that the shipping is 2-5 business days (I live in a town near London) I waited for 3 weeks after which they informed me that they could not make the pendant that THEY DESIGNED THEMSELVES due to a manufacturing error.

Just took delivery of a anchor statement bangle and classic bangle in gunmetal they both look absolutely fantastic together,the clasp seems a bit fidgety hopefully get used to it for quality of workmanship would definitely recommend

Purchased a bracelet from Atolyestone for my son. Beautifully packaged and arrived quickly. My son loved it. Unfortunately there was a small fault. I contacted them directly and have never experienced customer service like it, really was unparalleled. So friendly, helpful and new bracelet dispatched super speedily. Ordered the Leo pendant and chain for my sons 21st. It arrived on time, absolutely beautifully packaged and the quality was superior, so much better than expected and to be honest so much better in every way compared to a necklace ordered from Tiffany for my daughter. My son loved it. Just perfect. Would highly recommend and will absolutely buy again.

This is the first time I have left a Trustpilot review because I have genuinely never received such bad service. I ordered from Atolyestone for a birthday present from my parents and the ring I received was lovely. However, on arrival, there was some small scratches and dents to the ring. I promtly notified the company and sent the item back to them (at my own expense - depsite claiming on their website it is free returns!). Unfortunately they refused me a full refund, only issuing me with part of the money back. They claimed that I had damaged the ring myself and that they had proptly melted the ring down so couldn't provide me with any evdience of the damage. I disputed this with their customer service team who were extremly unhelpful claiming that it was only money - implying I should try and forget about it. When disputing this with PayPal the company went on to claim that they hadn't received the ring despite telling me they'd already melted it down. Additionally I went into a jewerly shop to try and look for something similar and I showed the lady a photo of ring from Atolyestone, she immediately stated that it had been machine made, despite the company claiming everything is handmade. I loved the ring and would have ordered again and even come into your London store to buy more - however this has been the worst experience I have ever had buying online and thus I shall not be returning.

Great service, beautiful item and quick delivery but wish their sale was a genuine one as I got a "black Friday deal" that is still the same price now. I thought I was getting a discounted decent price whereby it seems this is the norm. No complaints as the item is worth what I paid, but I have a bee in my bonnet with companies that advertise "special prices" as though they're DFS ;)

I ordered the exclusive Leo beaded bracelet in silver with Bronzite beads for my sons 39 th Birthday .
As I had placed the order only a couple of days before his birthday the customer service team went above and beyond to deliver it on time . he absolutely loves the bracelet so again a big shout out to customer services for all of their help .
