A disastrous experience. Booked for MOT and servicing on 27/8. Went all the way today to hear that their MOT equipment has not been working for 4 months and HQ is well aware!! Offered servicing but I refused. I had to find urgently another MOT and servicing at much higher cost and wasted my morning. Staff was kind and clearly embarassed. This happened to other clients...! Why did ATS accept and confirmed booking? Clearly company is totally unreliable. Avoid

Booked in for a brake service on my van, the place opens and 3 customers go into reception, we're told one after the other that "my technician has just called in sick" so 3 of us are told to rebook another day. What, is he the only "technician "?
Anyway, the next appointment comes and I drop the van off, I tell the reception Guy, can you give me a call
when it's done as I have to come from a fair distance to get back to you? So, after 7 hours, it's getting close to their closing time and still no call, I reason that it'll take me an hour to get back there so I'd better start moving, I give ATS a call but no answer! I decide to make my way there, upon arrival, it looks like the van was in the same place I left it some 7 odd hours ago? It soon becomes obvious that they haven't even bothered to look at it and, when I ask them, is it done, they seem surprised I'm here asking about it, so they suddenly decide, only 30 - 40 from closing time that they'll have a look at it? Now of course, I assume they might have got their act together and ordered that pads as, they knew it was booked in for that- no chance! They now (25 mins from closing) call their supplier and ask for the pads to be sent over, the supplier says he has pads but can't get it to them (ATS) because he has no driver! End of story. Rebooked another day, which is today so, we'll see how it goes. From my experience so far, ATS at Harlesden is next to useless, poor organisation and a very slapdash attitude, will never go there ever again.

I ordered 4 tires through ATS Euromaster as my tires were already old and also had a flat one so I was in a rush situation. I bought the tires on the website on Monday and I arranged an appointment on Thursday which was the earliest time.
Because my situation was urgent I called customer services and branch couple of times to ask if it can be done earlier. Branch never answered and customer services said tires will arrive to branch on Tuesday or Wednesday and earlier appointment is not available. I said ok as long as there is no problem about Thursday.
At the appointment time on Thursday April 11 I went to Park Royal branch and I was told I need to wait 45 minutes because there is a que. I was not happy because i got an appointment but I said okay.. Then I wanted to confirm if ties have arrived, then they checked and it looks they never arrived!! So lucky that I though about confirming it before waiting 45 minutes which they never did.. After they check the systems and everything they said they cannot get my tires for a very long time and they offered different tires for a much later time..
It is a terrible situation that I was blocked in the middle of the day during working hours to get NOTHING and also have a delay on getting new tires I urgently need.
Both the person in the branch and on the phone (customer services) took it very normal and said I can be refunded.. No apologise, no effort to make it up, nothing.. This is extremely disappointing
Also the person in the branch gave me a list of information for me to send to them so they can refund!! It is very wrong that I need to follow up for a refund of the goods that I cannot receive,..
Completely disappointing.. Nobody get responsibility and nobody cares in this company!!

I had a 13.30 appointment for fitting 2 tyres at ATS Park Royal in London. Got there on time and was told they are busy but will be 15 minutes which was fine by me. By 2pm my tyres were fitted. However they would not reverse the car back into the yard. I asked why and was told only the manager can do that. I waited till 2.30pm as I was getting eager now. They told me the manager is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed as he is with the area manager. The manager and area manager come out all laughing at 2.40pm. I question the area manager and he clearly told me it was an important meeting! I said I have been waiting since 2pm and he said he does not want to discuss any further. He was very hostile with no apology. In the meantime the manager reverses my vehicle. I ask him why he made me wait 40 minutes just to reverse it. He looked at me with a spiteful grin. I said you do not care at all do you and he replied of course I dont. The Managers at the Park Royal branch are intimidating to the extent that they would like the situation to become aggressive and I believe they would take the matters into their own hands. It is a no holds barred operation. Customer comes second and management comes first, period. ATS need to provide training in customer service. I felt for the staff there as the way the manager spoke to them you could see they were frightened by his bully boy tactics. If customers are treated in such a shocking manner I take pity on the staff there.

Booked an appointment online to replace my tyre at Park Royal Centre. Just two hours before my appointment, I received a voicemail requesting that I call the centre back. Despite attempting to reach them ten times, I received no answer.
With no response forthcoming, I decided to visit the centre in person. Upon arrival, I was rudely informed that my order had been cancelled and they expected me to answer the phone. I explained that I had indeed tried to return their call but received no response. I also mentioned that they could have communicated the cancellation in their voicemail or alternatively, could have sent an email, neither of which happened. The person then suggested I speak with the manager and left the room. I waited alone for 15 minutes; when no one appeared, I left.
Since that day, I have attempted to contact the centre every other day to secure a refund, but to no avail; my calls go unanswered. Whenever I reach out to the main customer service, they direct me back to the centre, where I again receive no response. I have lodged complaints, and there were promises made to have the centre manager call me, but I have yet to receive any such call.
I am now considering requesting a chargeback from my bank to retrieve my money and strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with them.

I booked major service and they didn’t even complete minor. Everything on the extra from basic to major was not carried out.
The gentleman told me that he didn’t not have correct machinery to carry out the work and I should contact customer service to book the service at another location. It has been one month since customer service e-mail me but nothing has been done about it.
It is Park Royal location where the reception guy does everything and had no idea of what major service is.
I have chased the complaint department but no one is responding.

On Monday, ordered tyres and booked mobile fitting for Thursday via blackcircles.com, as tyre completely flat. All fully paid up. Given 12:30 - 16:30 window. No one ever showed up and I am doing all the chasing, still haven’t heard back. So no tyres, no fitting, no car to use. Poor.
