Ripon ATS
Beware an over zealous pedantic MoT tester recently joined obviously trying to impress adding unnecessary advisories.
Wouldn't use them again.

Appalling attitude and completely unhelpful
I wouldn't even give 1 star! Went today having realised that I had a puncture. There were no customers and no mechanics to be seen initially. After a few minutes someone appeared so I explained the situation. He asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't and said that they had customers coming in. I said that there was no-one in at that moment but he didn't offer to look at it or offer a solution and clearly didn't care

Not a good experience in Rippon
Having arrived with an AA recovery van after having a flat tyre on the motorway .We were met before hardly speaking to say they couldn't do it .Only one car on the ramp and nobody waiting. The AA man then having to contact kwik Fit who said immediately yes bring it over.Whar a difference in attitude and customer service at 2:30pm in the afternoon. When arriving at kwik Fit a black audi arrived behind us to say just been to ATS and what an attitude so unfriendly and unhelpful. We have a lease Mercedes from Arval and have the maintenance contract and should be covered with a contract from ATS.My husband who is 80 years of age and having had waited an hour which was acceptable for the AA who had come from Scarborough.There attitude was so different so helpful and kind .I as an older woman if had been travelling on my own would have thought ATS experience was totally unacceptable and perhaps some extra training should be done on dealing with their customers in times of stress.Kwik Fit was a totally different experience and my husband will never use your company again.Marie Jones.

Good value repair
Mail in tyre so ATS was able to repair rather than replace. Good value. Only issue was no call when the job was complete.
