I think £34.50 for a puncture repair ( small screw in middle of tread) has to be the most expensive ever ????
The notice board said puncture repairs cost started at £21.95 , and apparently a further £10 for balancing plus vat...
I think gross overcharge for 30 min work , definately would not use again or recommend ...

Paul and the team at ATS Telford Road, Colchester have always given me a super service and have been my go to place for tyres and other servicing for years.
I am gutted for them that you are closing down. A good team

Very helpful ATS from calling them to having new tyres installed within 24hours and a excellent price and service as usual.

Please avoid - they're closing and not telling any of their clients who have tyres stored with the. they sold the site which had our tyres stored on without telling us and as such sold our tyres without our knowledge. Speaking to head office is fruitless as they are obstructive, obstinate and don't want to help - especially their client manager - who should be proficient at their job, but I'm reality is woefully poor in communication. I am reporting them to the police due to my tyres being sold without my knowledge

I have used ATS Leeds Road Harrogate over many years for services including replacement tyres..replacement discs and pads MoT and Car Servicing. I have always been attended to swiftly, politely and left me 100% confident my vehicle has been serviced to full roadworthy condition.

As always, received excellent customer service from the manager Scott and the technician James. Always polite, friendly and make feel valued as a customer. Nothings too much trouble and always provide an excellent service.

Welcoming and efficient staff.
