Always used ATD for many many years, they have been fantastic throughout, changed dates numerous times on some bookings and cancelled / made new bookings with no issues! Will always use ATD 👍🏼☺️

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. I booked tickets for Siam Park for Mon 1st June. I got a call to ask would I take Thursday 4th. I agreed. Then I got an email asking which date could I go Mon to Thurs. I apprehensively said any day really as long as I got a day but was concerned about being double booked at this point. Then I got an email to say no dates were available at all after almost a week of back and fourth with customer service. The whole experience was quite disappointing. We went from being really excited to almost not wanting to go at all. We have since booked direct with the park for the initial date we wanted to go 100% hassle free. It has put me off ever booking with a third party company in the future and will avoid attractions at all cost. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone either.

We are truly sorry for the very frustrating experience you had while trying to book the VIP Villa at Siam Park through us. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to deal with the back-and-forth communication and ultimately not secure your reservation with us as hoped. Regretably, as there is only 1 VIP Villa available at Siam Park, they control all booking attempts, and unfortunately they had problems with their availability system, which caused issues with any booking attempts being made that week. Although it was outwith our control, we fully appreciate that this is not the level of service you would have expected to receive.
