Terrible customer service!!
Terrible customer service. Wrong tickets sent but refused to answer emails so I've been left out of pocket and had to buy new tickets elsewhere.
I definitely won't be using them again. Avoid. Read other similar reviews!!

Unrecognised bar/QR code
The code on the ticket wasn't recognised at the entrance gate. Luckily, the Alton Towers staff let us through as they could see we had paid for admission, but it took a few tries at varies gates trying to scan through, which was quite awkward.

Disneyland Paris Tickets
Purchased tickets for Disneyland Paris, prices were the best around and I used a cashback site for even more savings. Tickets were received quickly by email and we printed them off.

Fantastic price paid for Disneyland Paris
The tickets for Disneyland Paris were a great price. Easy to complete transaction. We had no problem at all gaining entry on the day. You can either download or print off. Will definitely use Attractiontix again .

Tickets were good value and arrived by email rapidly. The only negative was that because they didn't display the purchase price on the ticket I was unable to use this when purchasing my Disneyland Paris Annual Passport on the day I visited.
