i bought tickets off this site a week ago for disland land paris i still haven’t got the tickets and i can’t get through to speak to anyone on the phone and no reply to emails. they have already taken my money how do i go about getting my money back please?

I bought tickets for Disneyland 4 days 2 parks for my family. They said I would receive them in 48 hours. I never received them after a week.
I spoke to them numerous times and cancelled the order as I didn’t ever get the tickets. Just go direct with Disney.

I have used this company once in the past with no issue so ordered tickets at beginning of October to go Siam Park on 10th October. Only after I ordered the tickets did I check reviews. It was a shock to see so many negative reviews and yes I was concerned. I ordered the tickets Saturday evening and received them on the Sunday morning. I had no issue getting into Siam park and all went without issue. I would have no hesitation to use again.

I was sold tickets to attend Siam Park on the 14th of October. Despite sending multiple emails and trying to call the company I had still not received any tickets on the morning of the 14th. I therefore arrived at the park and had to buy an entirely new set of tickets as the park opened at 10am. The tickets eventually came through at 14:19pm on the 14th (as I was leaving the park after spending the day there). The company are now refusing to refund me despite selling me a product they were not able to sell and instead are offering me to change the dates. This is of course no use as I do not plan on going back to Tenerife any time soon. Disgusting behaviour and particularly bad customer service from their representative Jennie

Well after reading various reviews about the company (after I purchased!!) I was more than nervous!
I bought tickets for Disneyland Paris (4 day / 2 park). They arrived by mail the day after I purchased like they said they would. I printed them out and also had saved to files on the phone. All worked ok and helped to make a great holiday. One improvement would be to be able to put them into Apple wallet on phone.

SCAM company. Takes money, doesn't provide tickets, doesn't refund. KEEP AWAY.

I ordered Disneyland Paris tickets, yet I was emailed advising the following:

"I am very sorry to inform you that we have been notified by Disneyland Paris that the dates you have booked for the 17th August are not available, we do not have availability until the 20th August as they are at capacity for every day before this."

I called them telling lies, so I went onto DisneyLand Paris' website and lone behold, tickets were avaliable!

So I booked them, and guess what I got 30 minutes later, park tickets!

I can smell someone telling lies here, and I don't think it's Disney...

AVOID ATTRACTIONTIX AT ALL COSTS.

Tickets arrived ok but trying to get the free Disney plus pass is a joke. There’s no such thing the staff don’t have a clue how to help they pass you from pillow to post and can’t be bothered to help or sort it. Tell you to email you email they tell you to call you call and have to wait 50 mins for them to pick up then they tell you to email again. If you are offering a service or a free offer then as a company it is your responsibility to deliver! Will not use or recommend.

I purchased two e-tickets for Loro parque which is a zoo in Tenerife only to turn up there on the day for them to say it’s not a valid barcode…. Turns out this shocking company sent me tickets for Siam parque which is a completely different place it’s a water park!!!! My email confirmation clearly stated loro parque yet they sent me e-tickets for Siam parque 🙄

I had to pay the zoo on the day for new tickets since we’d already travelled there via pre paid tui transfer.

Not only this but their ‘contact service’ is the worst experience ever! Takes them ages to acknowledge youve actually messaged. When they finally did they asked to see proof that I had to repurchase tickets so I sent them images of my receipts… that was a week ago and heard nothing back. Seems like they will drag this conversation on as long as they can. Absolutely disgusting that they can get away with ruining the holidays of families! Will be giving them to the end of this week to agree to a full refund or I will be reporting and making a credit card chargeback claim.

I wish I had read the reviews about this company before purchasing tickets to see Pirates in Majorca. I tried to cancel my booking was unable to get through on the phone sent two emails, I only got a response once I returned back to the UK.
The confirmation emailed said I would receive my tickets 48 hours prior to the date. No tickets were ever emailed across. I have been emailing since 1st July the last reply was still waiting for venue to confirm refund and they will need 28 days to confirm if I would receive a refund. It didn't take 28 days to take my money. I would never recommend using this company. Not to sure if it is a SCAM!

Don’t use this company! Bought tickets for Alcatraz for my husbands birthday in April, I contacted them today to ask where my tickets are, there are no tickets for any days we are in San Francisco but nobody let us know. They have taken my money but not replying to me emails.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We booked tickets for Disney California in 2020 before lockdown.Tickets were valid until 2022 so initiated a refund as our holiday was rebooked for August 2022.Initially they promised a refund but had to wait 60 days to be refunded from february 2022.On not recieving a refund we got back intouch to be told we now had to deal direct with Disney California and passed us a contact no.We rang them presuming it was a free call as it was there customer services.We were told to send our tickets back to them in America to receive a refund again within 6 to 8 weeks.In the meantime we have realised the call cost us £70 .In the meantime we have to stump up the money for new tickets now and hope our refund arrives without any issues.It feels to us they have washed their hands of the problem and left us in limbo.

We bought our Disneyland Paris tickets here and paid child prices for the 2 parks 1 day and fast track was included with the purchase, would definitely use again

Booked tickets to Siam Park 3 days ago and still no tickets. Do not use this company. They do not answer the telephone and emailing has not got me my tickets. £150 out of pocket.
Update.
Eventually got through to Carly on the phone and she was very helpful and the tickets arrived. She apologised profusely.
I have used attractiontix before with no issues. Just a blip I was assured. Back to 5 stars!

Please please dont buy from this scamming company they said i would get my money back for tickets to disney land paris got cancelled and said would have to wait 90 days over 90 days still waiting.joke going to tskr them to a small claims court 🙄

Excellent post-sale service from Penny and Jennie. I bought tickets for Siam Park, Tenerife before Covid hit. 2 years later and a few days ago I asked if they would honour my original booking as they said they would at the time. Without any quibble they said they would send me replacement tickets which came through today. Great service and I will use this company again.
