As a long term user of Cyrus equipment I was very happy to replace my original system with the Cyrus Lyric, especially at a very favourable price from Creative Audio. Staff were very helpful and a demo was easily arranged using speakers comparable to my own Ruark Crusaders. The Lyric works beautifully with great transparency.

Initially the Lyric was set up for streaming using my iMac computer with dBpoweramp and Asset UPnP. This did work but made me appreciate the disadvantages of using a computer for streaming. I have now purchased a Synology NAS drive and everything is working beautifully.

Got a very competitive price on a pair of Q Acoustics 3050 speakers. Creative Audio were fantastic and even phoned me to confirm my order. Was also able to arrange delivery a week in advance when I was back at home. Delivered with a 1 hour delivery slot. Very pleased also with the speakers which are great.

I was originally going to purchase an ex-demo item but was offered a brand new one for the same reduced price - a very generous offer I couldn't refuse! Free delivery completed the order with excellent service provided throughout.

Bought a pair of Neat Motive SX3 speakers,before dispatching them I received a call to ensure the amplification I was using was adaquate to drive the speakers (as they are quite demanding of amplification)which I was made aware of prior to ordering by another sales rep from a different store that knows the sound I was after and at the price was told it would be stupid not to purchase!!!
Can't fault Creative Audio for customer service ordering and delivery first time I have used (always a bit dubious of ordering from on line stores but would not hesitate to use again first class service

I place an order for focal aria 906 ( white gloss ) at a very special price with speakers cable and I recieved them by next morning I very love the sound of these speakers and they look very beautiful finished also .
