Extremely helpful will definitely use creative audio in the future

Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought a Bluetooth speaker and they arranged to play my music from my own iPad to test it out.

Good price, free postage/packing (I live in North Scotland which can be seen as a reason to whack on extra costs) and delivery as and when stated. Bought Canton Sub 10.2 having seen it offered at around 1/2 price. Efficient online odering and next day delivery as promised. I had visited the shop in Shrewbury a couple of years ago so was happy to deal with the company online. As an aside, the Canton is truly an exceptional gut wrenching yet musical sub, surpassing subs from dedicated brands such as SVS and Rel to name just 2 of many I've bought over the past 20 years.

I cannot recommend more. Called me within minutes of placing my order to make sure I had not forgotten anything I would need, offered me faster delivery than I had requested and kept me up to date with my progress at all times. All this and they were cheaper than anyone else I had seen when researching. Definitely intend to use again.

Good communication and all questions answered quickly. Helpful advise given and it felt as though the company actually cared that I got the best service available. We shouldn't just take this for granted as not all companies think that way unfortunately. Very happy overall.

Third time I’ve used Creative Audio in Shrewsbury - really good to have knowledgeable people at the end of the phone or on an email.

They don’t try and sell you the most expensive kit but try and match the right kit to your needs. Their prices are pretty keen - not always the cheapest but always ‘there or thereabouts’.

The balance between expert advice and price is well made.

I wasn’t sure about spending so much with a company I have now used before, however, when I spoke to them they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had the best prices on the speaker's that I was looking at in the shop (including online), and even carried my purchase to the car (some distance away) - can't ask for more than that!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or go back to them again
