I thought I was buying an older Cyrus Lyric 09 at a discount price but was shipped the later Stealth. A beautiful sounding system.

Purchased Tannoy XT6F speakers. Brilliant service at the best price. Speakers were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. These guys know their stuff. I highly recommend them.

I knew exactly the speakers that I wanted (Neat Iota bookshelf speakers - absolutely brilliant) but because they are specifically for a smaller room, I received a telephone call - the same day I placed the order by internet - just to check that the were exactly what I wanted for the size of my room. It’s reassuring to know that CREATIVE AUDIO don’t just take your order but that they check that it really is the best option for the customer. If they do that with their internet customers I reckon their “ face to face “ service will be even better. Well done. Keep your prices competitive and I will be back. Thanks again Mick Monaghan

I bought an Arcam Solo online from Creative Audio recently. Kit is great but what particularly impressed me was the friendly guy from Creative who phoned me up before delivery to check if I had any queries and advised me on speaker set up. Recommended.

The team are always happy to spent time with you to discuss your needs. When I got my brand-new Naim CD5Si home I noticed the transport was making a slight noise. Rang up and they immediately suggested the likely cause of the fault. Next day I brought it in and Martin had it sorted within the hour. Sounds fantastic!
