They had the Best Black Friday Deals for me and I saved some money. Slight problem with the freebie plugin that I received but this was sorted out by customer support within about an hour. Great communication great service.

AudioDeluxe runs great discounts and while you're purchasing stuff you're actually accumulating credit that can be spent to lower the discounted prices... how cool is that! Navigating and purchasing is very streamlined. And in case support is needed, the staff is really fast and efficient. One suggestion as well, while you already have a wide list of audio developers selling through AudioDeluxe, there are still many others to be involved. Thank you!

I’ve been using AudioDeluxe for quite a few years now, not all the time, but enough to only use them whenever I buy plugins, and can wholeheartedly recommend them for the best prices, great deals, and really first class customer service, who I just had to contact to resolve an issue I had when mistakenly purchasing the same product twice, after contacting them to explain, they got in touch within a couple of hours and fully refunded the second accidental purchase. Very happy and happy to recommend them highly 5*/5*

In my experience, Audio Deluxe does not publish critical product reviews, even if they are written in a factual manner. This means that other users miss out on important opinions that could help them decide whether or not to make a purchase. Requests for information about the whereabouts of the review are not answered. I find this approach to be unprofessional.

The review on Audio Deluxe was neither vulgar nor inappropriate in any way. It was presented in a factual and objective manner. Nevertheless, it was rejected, which creates the impression that Audio Deluxe may not be open to critical feedback.
Here is the exact wording of my original review:

Program 24 is a library that captures the zeitgeist of the 80s well. Its numerous presets and phrases allow the user to quickly get to the point. The sound, however, lacks a certain liveliness. The ear quickly recognizes that these are not synthesized sounds but samples. I'm not sure why presets have to be named "Blxtzkrxeg". The basic workstation serves its purpose—nothing more, nothing less.

For 19€ (on sale), this library is not a bad purchase. However, I wouldn't pay more for it. There are better alternatives available, for example, in the form of presets for software synthesizers.

For you:“Blxtzkrxeg” A preset name with a reference to German history.

I find AudioDeluxe usually have the best offers and a huge range of products. The website is easy to navigate and their customer service is helpful and courteous. If ever I've forgotten to add a discount code, etc., they have always refunded me immediately. Highly recommended.

After purchased I looked out the message "Simply Add both to your Cart".
I didn't add both in my cart.

I had an issue with ilok authorization code not working for some reason (though the codenumbers were correct) and they very quickly responded with a new license code. Overall great experience for a decade and a half now. Recommended company.

First off, I have mostly been shopping for UVI products because they have singular deals that beat even UVI's sale prices.
Also, the last item I bought, I forgot to add the free item of the month to my order during checkout and when I realized it, I asked them if they'd honor it retroactively and they absolutely did. And they were fast to respond. I bought the item on Monday, emailed them on Tuesday afternoon and they responded early Wednesday.

Customer support took a few days to respond, but they did respond and attended to my query. Very helpful and understanding. Positive experience!

I willingly went out of my way to write a review for this company because I really appreciate them. Quick, easy, legitimate and above all, they have awesome deals. I purchased half a dozen plugins through them already and my experience was strictly positive. Their points system is also very generous and rewarding to existing customers.

Great prices! Always responsive to questions about orders. I’ve only had a couple of issues over a decade purchasing with them - and they solved each one quickly with fabulous customer service. Highly recommended.

I ordered two plugins from a developer separately, but found out that the plugin developer granted a special discount for the owner of one of those two plugins. I contacted Audiodeluxe to cancel the second order. After reassuring I did not use my voucher, the order was canceled and I got my money back.
Other than that I did not have any further contact with the company, because everything works as expected. I bought from them a few dozen plugins already without any issues. If they keep doing their work as until now they will keep me as a customer for sure.

I never had any problems or issues (bought 5 or 6 plugins), the sales are really worth it and most of the times better then on other sites, at least in Germany. Thanks for helping little artists out with those sales! Gz Down Dream
