I've been using Audiodeluxe for a few years now and they've been excellent for sales and support. They, more often than not, have great sales on and even discount further than other online music plugin stores. Whenever I've needed support, which has been rare, they were able to help me out within 24 hours of sending a support message/ticket.

Did not complete the payment via Paypal: the way they have implemented is using what is called a ‘man in the middle’ attack. They are able to see (and abuse) your paypal account. Do not do this!

Update: I’ve checked with other people and they assured me that it is legitimate site, so I retried. Now the checkout process went the way it should. The plugin itself is not theirs, but is a rather solid one (Tokyo Dawn Labs Limiter GE).

Make sure you are on the .com. NOT the .shop: the latter is not trustworthy.

I’d avoid Audio Deluxe… have used them in the past and it’s been ok but the moment something goes wrong or you need any support, they completely blank you.

They also don’t make it clear enough when they sell obsolete plugins or ones which require further physical purchases.

Avoid.

Bought a Pro Tools reinstatement plan from them. Needed several minutes to deliver. Works perfectly fine. Plus, got a plugin freebie. Would recommend.

I simply ordered a Vienna product.
I`ve got the license less then 12 hours later, a normal invoice, the paying by credit card was correct...
I'm simply astonished when I read the comments here.
On top -it was a great deal!

Anyway... this was just my personal experience

Fraud. I registered to get an awesome bargain. After the transaction, there's nothing. No order history, no receipts, no instructions, nothing. But they did charged me. Beware of this company.

I placed an order and they sent me an email to send a work address or studio web address. Well, this is a home studio and not much going on yet. I checked my account to see if they delivered, shipped or something and my account was locked. My card was already charged. No response to my emails either. I'm on the phone now with my bank to cancel this transaction. Stay away!

Now I'll get the information that I would pay for the Upgrade only 71,47 and when I pay over Audiodeluxe I get an Spring Discout of 15,72 $ less und pay only 55,75 $.

It would be a difference of 59,25 $!!!

It will be the second joke in a short time. I can't accept this because audiodeluxe plays with my money and run more and more unserious!!!

I am a customers sind many years happy to buy in your shop, but what happened in the last time makes me upset and takes me out. I feel that you would kidding me and I am full of panic to buy a new plugin, because what happend the next day.

Also audiodeluxe has no law imprint and nobody knows who is behind the Company.

So I say: Don't buy there or send any Money, you'll get the Chance to lose it.

Until today I get no Reply or any solution for that fraud!
