My experience with Aurora Clinics was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone considering having breast reduction surgery. My surgeon was Mr Adrian Richards and he was so gentle and approachable, putting me at ease straight away. He listens to all your concerns. I am ecstatically happy with my new (smaller) breasts, wish I'd done it years ago.

I was not feeling confidant in the way my face was looking so decided to have some filler at aurora Clinic the paddocks princess Risborough
Unfortunately I did not get the results I was hoping for and bruised quite badly.
I went back a month later and left the clinic feeling very unhappy and even less confidant than I was initially .
I have since spoken with the clinic regarding this and feel that there customer care is very poor and the problems not dealt with

I had my tummy tuck done in February 2016 by Adrian Richards. The result is perfection. I am so pleased with the result and I recovered so quickly. I had no real pain as such, just discomfort. Everything went well from the initial appointment to the post op appointment 6 weeks later. I felt so well looked after by Adrian and Aggy. They are both very knowledgeable and reassuring and managed to answer all my silly questions. The whole experience went so smoothly from all the staff at Aurora and staff at the Three Shires Hospital. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Adrian Richards if anyone is considering a tummy tuck.

I chose Aurora following recommendation from a close relative. Mr Richards carried out the procedure. Plenty of information given, enough time to discuss implant options with Aggie during free sizing appointment. No complications, very happy with result. Post op care was brilliant, and would definitely recommend. Lost one start due to a few admin errors that could have been avoided.

From start to finish my experience was amazing!! The staff were amazing and will go out of there way to help .. Mr Richards was amazing very perfessional and a very nice down to earth person .. After having my surgery Aggie messaged me to see if I was ok .. the aftercare is second to none! Would definitely recommend aurora to anyone :-)

From the beginning I felt I was in good hands, through all of my appointments I was given the information that I needed, and given opportunities to ask questions or make extra appointments to see Aggie or Mr Richards.
Mr Richards was very thorough and calm which really helped me relax.
My sizing appointment with Aggie was especially important because I was very nervous about the operation and final outcome but Aggie was amazing and put my mind to rest and helped me select the correct size for my shape.
The pre op and procedure went really well, almost too well (I kept preparing myself for the pain to kick in) but thanks to the brilliant nurses at the Three Shires Hospital I was well looked after and prepared for my return home. I took things easy and I knew I had many people I could contact if I needed advice or help with my aftercare.
My follow up appointments went well and again I was reassured about everything and checked thoroughly.

I was so happy with the whole experience I have already recommended the clinic and Mr Richards to a couple of friends!

Really great pre surgery, answered all my questions really well, felt safe and in good hands.
Aftercare wasn't great, first check up the nurse didn't check/change dressings at all, that was followed by an infection that could have been prevented if she did more than glance at me. This area has now scarred worse than all other areas. Saw several nurses who all had different methods/opinions which wasn't so great, 2 nurses later I had a nurse who looked after me really well.
I'm not happy with part of my result, have to wait months for appointment with my surgeon, who could have just pointed out the issue in the first place instead of skimming over the issue with light hearted excuses.
Phoned in the main office to see if it was possible to get seen by someone else in the mean time or not and no one called me back.
I've waited a while to post a review as I was hoping everything would be sorted out, and I had chosen Aurora partly because of the amazing reviews so I really felt hopeful it would get sorted, but it is not happening! So my over all feeling towards Aurora is not the best at all.

Aurora were so easy and helpful right from the start, from my consultation to the day of my op, I couldn't have had an easier experience. My surgeon Adrian Richards, nurses Sinead abd Aggie and staff at the hospital were all so lovely throughout and made me feel so at ease. I had been wanting a breast reduction for many years, so it was really important to me that I choose a surgeon who would actually listen, give me sound advice and make me feel comfortable. After a couple of really horrible consultations with other well known clinics, I came to Aurora and knew immediately I had found my surgeon. Adrian Richards and all the nurses are so unbelievably caring and understanding. I didn't feel like I was just another name on the list. They actually listened to me rather than talking down at me or telling me what I needed.
I was really nervous the day of my surgery, but felt so well looked after, all my worries melted away. I couldn't have received better care, both before and after my surgery. Mr Richards and Aggie came to speak with me before the surgery to answer any questions and they came by afterwards to check that I was doing ok. I'm now 6 weeks post op and absolutely thrilled with the results. It turned out even better than I expected. So happy with my choice! The only regret I have is not doing it sooner!

Thanks to Aurora Clinic and Mr Adrian Richards, I now have the breasts I have always wanted. From my initial consultation through to my 6 week post op check up I have found everyone to be professional, friendly and caring. I have no hesitation in recommending Adrian Richards and his team.

After being reassured that I wasn't too old I went ahead with the op. How glad I am that I did. My only regret is that I didn't do it years ago. Mr Richards and his team, especially Aggie, were brilliant from start to finish. I am extremely pleased with the result and with the care that I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Richards to anyone considering this type of surgery.

I had a breast enlargement procedure with Aurora clinics 4 weeks ago and still adjusting to my new look!

I had my planned cosmetic procedure this year, January 2016, which all went according to plan. The care, support, advice and treatment were excellent and I could not fault any part of the process. The commitment of the staff was very good. Both my husband and I were kept informed throughout the treatment process, when we asked any questions there was no hesitation to answer our concerns. My surgery went through without any problems and I am very pleased about the result.

I had a breast augmentation here 6 weeks ago for a congenital deformity. My results are absolutely amazing, everyone agrees that they look 100% natural, I feel like a new person with them. Adrian Richards is brilliant, so calm and reassuring and meticulous with his work. His assistant Aggie is also amazing, she is so knowledgeable and is there for you on the other end of the phone for every little worry. Free initial consultation is great, there is no pressure to book right away and they will answer every question you have honestly.

The very minor procedure I had done years ago at an Aurora Clinic was okay. But ever since then I've been struggling to get off their mailing list. Don't give them your email address! Makes me wonder if other data they have about me is safe either...?!

I had pip implants removed and replaced by Adrian Richardson. From start to finish, all staff are extremely approachable and professional. I am extremely happy with the results and the process was 100 times better than when I had my original surgery. Excellent company.

I had a second breast reduction 7 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. My first reduction was 30 years ago and I can't believe the difference in the end result. My consultant was Mr Richards and he has been amazing. His calming and caring manner put my mind at rest and the end result has been incredible. He removed all the old scar tissue and my scars are now so much thinner and neater, I love my new look.
Mr Richard's nursing team have been so kind, caring and attentive, nothing was ever too much trouble.
I can't speak highly enough of the Aurora staff and would definitely recommend Mr Richards and his dedicated team.

I cannot fault aurora in any way, from consultation to aftercare I was extremely happy. I felt at ease and that my best interests were of paramount importance. Didn't feel as if they were more interested in the money like other companies that is visited. I was well looked after and absolutely love my new tummy! Would highly recommend aurora at Fairfield hospital, dr liew is lovely.
