I had breast implants put in and took out I had pip and was in pain when I went to see Ann dancy she was so helpful and put my ar ease.She was very helpful and answered all my questions I would recommend her to everyone.I have no had my opp and feel 100%The after care was fantastic and I feel like a new woman thank you aurora.

I had a breast reduction with Mr Miles Berry and was surprised at how simple everyone made it. The consultation was comprehensive, and the facilities and staff at the hospital were first class - even the food was 5*. Experienced very little pain post-surgery, just mild discomfort, and any questions I have had since have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. Looking forward to going shopping for new clothes soon!

I chose Aurora Clinics after a lot of research as they seemed to have good experience with the type of procedure I wanted doing. I'm really happy I chose Aurora, the staff in charge of booking my consultations and surgery were amazingly understandable, friendly and dealt with my every query. Dr Liew, the surgeon who carried out my procedure, was brilliant. He answered all my questions and really put me at ease. The facilities and staff of the hospital where my procedure took place was excellent as was the after care I received. A month post surgery I am very happy with my results and service I received from Aurora that I would definitely recommend to a friend. Many thanks to everyone at Aurora Clinics.

I went down to Lincoln House to have a small lesion on my arm removed by Mr Richards. The atmosphere was relaxed which made me feel at ease (I'm not a fan of needles but Sinead held my hand!)The place is very clean and Aggie and Sinead were great and constantly checking I was okay. A very friendly, experienced and professional team and very thorough - sending it off to histology to be sure it is what they thought. I would highly recommend Mr Richards and his team.

Despite having a great consultation, 4 weeks later I am still awaiting a price which I was promised on the day of my appointment. Very poor follow up.

I was looked after by the team and the ladies I the office wonderfully. Haven't got enough praise for Aurora.

From start to finish Aurora couldn't do enough for me. So helpful, not at all pushy. Aggie, the nurse, so friendly and informative, I met three times, whilst visiting with the surgeon, Adrian Richards, who had a great manner and didn't mind all the silly questions. There was no rushing it was really great, and I couldn't recommend Aurora enough. I had an allergy to the plaster, and they called me straight in and Aggie even gave me her private number if I had any other problems and there was absolutely no extra charge for this. As for the augmentation... they understood exactly what I wanted, perfectly, and I'm so very happy with my new breasts. I wouldn't think twice if I wanted any more surgery, I would go straight to Aurora.

I had a good consultant, he was really nice, but I was really stressed by all the traveling I had to do, going to London to get the stitches removed, for the 6 week follow up, when I had concerns about the results, the revision rhinoplasty and for the 6 week follow up, about 5 times I had to pay to go to London, which is not cheap, considering I had to miss those days at work as well, and I had said I definitely didn't want the nostril lifted up, but it was lifted anyway, I am really upset about that, because I really didn't want that

I only have minor treatments as I am a SS, but Aurora clinic at Northampton, always tries to find a deal that I can afford, they are wonderfully helpful.

It is always a pleasure with excited apprehensive going for treatments, they are all so lovely natured, it's like being with reliable friends.

I couldn't be happier with the service and results of my tummy tuck . Doctor was so nice friendly but professional and explained everything nothing was too much trouble . The hospital and staff outstanding and my treatment and care excellent I cannot recommend enough . The operation has given me so much more confidence . I had my tummy tuck in October 2015 and I can't believe how well I healed and the results and I've enjoyed actually wearing a bikini for the first time in 25 years . Everything from initial consultation to post op couldn't have been easier just wish I'd known about Arouca years ago

I would like to thank Mr Richards and Aggie for all their help and compassion when dealing with my situation. I was not made to feel embarassed or ashamed of my breasts. The results were amazing, I was so happy, I wish I could have done this earlier. I would recommend Aurora to anyone who was looking for cosmetic surgery as you know you are in good hands. The aftercare is second to none and all the members of staff are very friendly and you are made to feel welcome and not just "another client".

I can honestly say that after 2 years of researching and visiting many other clinics and surgeons mr Richards and team are the best! I am now 4 weeks post op and couldn't be happier with my results or the care and service I have received.
Other than my results the things I have been most impressed with are the quality of care and the information that is provided not to mention the fact that there is no pressure sales, no harassment to book surgery and it is all left to individual to make an informed decision that is right for you.
Aggie is fantastic, total star and couldn't have made me feel more at ease on the day of surgery or when answering my questions post op (even on a Sunday night!)
All in all I highly recommend aurora clinics and Mr Richards - I am one VERY happy patient!!

I had to have a correction op on my nipples after having the reduced, which hasn't worked as they are the same as they were and neither did the anaesthetic so i felt every cut and stitch but he carried on regardless, 1st op was ok apart from nipples 2nd op was awful and after the initial check to see if things were ok ive had no other aftercare, I get flash backs if I see adverts on TV about breast reduction etc so not a good experience for me. NOT SURE HOW YOU REPLY, IF SOMEONE WANTS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME THATS FINE ALTHOUGH I DONT THANK IT WILL MAKE ANY DIFFERENT NOW THE DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE, AND IT WAS THREE YEARS AGO NOW.

I would definitely recommend Aurora Clinics. In 2013 I had a breast enlargement and uplift to correct a slight tuberous breast, two years on I still get complimented on how good they look (after they've realised that they're fake!) Dr Richards is so professional and really looks after his patients. After my surgery I was constantly booking check ups just for peace of mind and I was welcomed every time. Aggie and the team are amazing, I can still remember how relaxed she made me feel at the sizing appointment. Being one of Dr Richards youngest patients at 18 the whole team really looked after me and helped me through all the way. I am forever grateful, I went off to university with a new found confidence and cant even remember how I looked before!

I thoroughly recommend this clinic. Friendly and helpful staff who immediately put me at ease on my first visit. When the day came to have my tummy tuck, I had complete trust in Mr Adrian Richards and I was right to do so. The result is amazing and is more than I expected!

Excellent service, friendly and approachable staff, I felt listened to and in good hands and I am happy with my results. From start to finish. I returned as many times as I wanted to (as I had a lot of questions and worries this was very helpful!) and each time all my questions were answered and the staff were always brilliant! Aggie (the nurse) has been especially helpful. I made all my own decisions and was not pushed into anything.

Before going to aurora clinics I had had a really bad experience with different clinic so was extremely anxious going to my first consultation with Adrian Richards. From the moment I walked in that all changed and left the consultation feeling like they had just taken the past 8 years of selfhatred away and finally shown me that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. His team were fantastic before and after surgery and I was always assured to contact them with whatever worries I might have no matter how small and it wasn't a bother. I have an amazing result which I couldn't have imagined in my wildest dreams. The confidence I now have is amazing and I finally for the first time in my life feel like a woman and I can honestly say it's down to the amazing staff at the Aurora clinic. I would recommend this clinic to everyone, including friends and family!

I'd never considered any cosmetic surgery before and was very nervous at the consultation not knowing what to expect, even though this was a very minor surgery (earlobe repair). I felt completely put at ease though by both my surgeon, Miles Berry and his assistant, They were both very honest and helpful, The surgery was painless and again I was completely put at ease. I felt that if I'd had any questions or problems (which I haven't) they would be there to help. The results are just exactly as I wanted and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aurora Clinics if you are contemplating surgery.
