Lewis Reed has the patience of a saint, totally dedicated to his job, It took from March 2025 to January 2026 for me to purchase my flat from Austin Hawk, due to the time it took for solicitors to purchase a new lease for me. It took them 2.5 years, I do not know what I would have done if I was selling the flat I am now living in, I think I would have put it back on the market, but Lewis persuaded the owners to wait form me to obtain a new lease. I do not know how he managed to do this and he kept me up to date every week with a very positive attitude that gave me hope that all would be fine. I can not thank him enough for all he did to make sure this sale went through. Thank you so much to Lewis Reed from Lesley Glenn.

From day one of seeing Lewis Reed for the sale of my house he has been extremely professional and super helpful at all times, showing care and compassion during some difficult times of my sale falling through and then thankfully to it being reinstated.

John Ward was excellent, far exceeded our previous experiences of estate agents. John kept in communication with our buyer, both solicitors and us throughout.

Austin Hawk were the epitome of perfection throughout buying our first home. Our first viewing with Luke was balanced in all the right ways - he was professional, smiley, kind and welcoming, with the right level of leaving us to have a look around without bombarding us with information. John was then wonderfully friendly and professional with keeping us in the loop about the purchase, ensuring we were updated in a timely way and thankfully delivering the news of success with sheer kindness - you could really feel his elation for us. Anji alike was so great to communicate with. She was approachable, efficient and informative, and such a lovely person. So lovely infact that we had to hang around when picking up our keys so we could put her face to her name!

We have had a very positive experience using Austin Hawk to sell our property. Dean sold a house for me over twenty years ago, the sale went through very smoothly. More recently, he and his team also sold a friend's house (upon my recommendation). She was delighted, as she had previously had her house on the market with two other agents, with no success. I sold my house with AH in the summer, there was no pressure unlike from other agents and had great communication throughout! Would use again!

I wish I had a more positive review but unfortunately working with this Estate Agents was really hard on First Time Buyers.
Daniel, who showed us around the houses was absolutely amazing, he was so friendly, really cared about our position we were in and gave us so many tips as first time buyers. A real genuine person.
However when it came to putting a offer on a house, it became super unprofessional and really put us off working with them again.
We dealt with a different person when it came to putting an offer down.
We were pressured constantly into providing documents that 1) Werent even needed by Estate Agents and 2) Documents we didnt need to hand over until an offer was accepted.
This made the ordeal really stressful for us and never been ask for documents so early in the process, it just wasnt needed. Your meant to make the journey of buying a house easier, but instead it was made more stressful and hard work.
Relieved that the house we offered under this Estate Agent fell through.
I would love to work with this Estate Agent again in the future if they did not put so much pressure on First Time Buyers.

Our rental move was not the easiest to overcome but the staff were amazing, patient and answered all questions very quickly. Nicki and Holly especially were absolutely fantastic and could not have asked any more of them.

First of all a huge thank you to John for his professional approach to selling our home, twice in one week! We had a really pleasant experience with the Lettings Advisor, Stephanie, whilst showing us a house for my daughter today.
